Agree..i m hoping max 2.1 TRP for 24 overall..and whole season average will come around 1.6 or 1.7

Frankly, extreme content like 24 cannot get the Madhubala/BALH-level TRPs. Even CID, which now seems lighter and softer, was never a TRP-grosser, but the TRP-grossing TV shows often wound up after (or within) one season, notably on Sony, and each time, CID had to save them. There's more scope for 24 in merchandise and home video. They have a big studio backing them, anyway.

This proves that apart from metros, people still wanna see run of mill stuff.
It really pains to see Simar, Balika, Uttaran above 24.
