Why are they not seeking medical help

Mili's condition is worsening day by day. So why are they not seeking for medical help. Mili needs serious help checking out her brain.

The whole sethi family needs to see a panel of psychiatrists not mili alone. I bet the doctors too will be stunned and not know how to treat this crazy dysfunctional family. 😡and RS keeps talking of values and nonsense. 😡 Abhi please get out before they make u crazy also. I dont want to see u go bonkers. please............................................... bhaag jao jaldi se. 😆

as per the promo milli wil try to kill herself...then definitely she will get medical help...

Secondly when have they ever done anything sensible, Abhi and Simi will become defacto mental doctors and will treat mili. simi by saying we should treat her like a baccha. abhi saying if i tell mili i love her her madness will get cured.

Neetu, RS and Anuj will just stand there and watch the whole tamasha.

No I do not see any hope for the Sethi family ever. Sometimes I wonder if Nakul overdosed Mili with Omis medication just to get back at sethis. He did have Mili in his captivity for some time. It is a slow acting medicine jo dheere dheere paagal kar deta hain, maybe that is why it took mili so long to show symptoms.Omi should know this why doesnt he help.???
