He should have told Simi these things a long time ago, on the numerous occasions when she has slighted him (where was his swabhiman then), ignored him for her family and been ungrateful to him. To pour it all out together when their relationship is already at a low is like flogging a dead horse.

And the intemperate (in parts coarse) language was certainly uncharacteristic of the Abhi we know - he wouldn't even speak to Nakul like that when Nakul had him beaten up, he has never spoken so harshly or disrespectfully to Anita or Mr T who have both wronged him.
