Another scene that comes to mind is the one where he is sitting in his room feeling defeated because Simi agreed to marry Nakul! He has tears in his eyes and even though he wasn't crying hard you could tell the turmoil going on in his heart and mind....aaaawwww......And the determined look he had when his mom handed him the mehendi thali and gave her blessings!!!!!!!SUPERB!!!!!!!!

one scene coming to my mind - the whole night talking over phone episode - abhi was shown the michevious, frndly abhi... It was instantly reflected from his eyes... Simi was also highly engrossd talking with abhi... Simi was really too much interestd in answering all abhi's questions... Then abhi asks simi who was her first crush? Ek aisa baanda jise dekhkar kuch kuch huya na and abhi plays the guitar as the background music... (he is being naughty, lively, frndly at the same time)...when simi tells that tumpe to kafi saari larkiya fida hoti honge (that time simi did understand this fact, then y is she forgetting dis nw), abhi while putting butter on his bread tells nehi nehi... Mujhe 9th standard mein twelve standard ki larkiyo se pyaar ho jata tha... Kon thi, nisha garewal, naam tak yaad hai... College ko aadhe mein choor di, air hostess banne ke liye, mein 2 saal tak uske piche latoo tha par usne mujhe kabhi bhao nehi diya... Vo mujhe maths ka tuisn deti thi... my fav part in this episode when simi hears a sound and tells abhi that ghar mein is waqt kyon hoga (it was already 6 o' clock in the morning nd simi didnt realise) and abhi replies - chor... Simi says - chor nd gets inside the blanket and says - abhi, chor nehi hai na ho bhi sakta hai. Main kya karoon, chilao? Abhi says with such enthusiasm - g8, aisa hi karna... my fav dialoge of abhi 4rm this scene - highway pe mainto zip zap aur zoom...

The eyes have it is more than a mere cliche'. Neil is always able to convey more with his eyes than mere words. Don't get me wrong I love the earlier dialogues he gave us. Especially, at the mehendi ceremony when he told Simi I may act like a boy child but this boy child loves you. The determination in his eyes said it all. Superb is an understatement.

What about the time after Abhi and Anita's relationship took a big hit? He is sitting in his room remembering all the fun times he had with his sister....aaawww....You could feel the sadness in his posture and in the way he was holding their picture.... And then the anger when he threw the picture against the wall........WOW!

One other scene i liked was the scene after the accident, Abhi meets Guruji.

The way Abhi comes and sits next to him. What was adorable was the way he tries to sit in "Padmasan" just like how Guruji had seated himself. It was nothing related to the scene,but it just was the way Abhi's character was portrayed. j....ust the inquisitive kind of guy.

Guruji does not even look up at him. So to make it known to him that he is sitting in front of him he starts....By the way....Mai Abhi hoon...

Guruji says... Abhinav tarneja.....jaanta hoon...maine hi tumhara naam rakha...

The way Abhi nods his head....it was like...Yeah right...what a name.?....

He never likes to say Abhinav. Only his dad calls him by his full name...rest all call him Abhi...he himself says only Abhi Tarneja apart from the one scene at the park where he tells Simi...nothing can stop you from becoming Mrs.Abhinav Tarneja

Just wanted to add it here again 😊

It was titled mixed reaction and surprises
This was during AA's wedding and Simi waiting for somthing to be told to her by Abhi and Abhi wanting to say somthing and above all guruji ( how i miss him ) telling what is the outcome of what !

What an episode

Wow todays episode was one of its kind each one of them had a different POV and differnt emotion to portay !!!

Simi : From the begning she walked out of the car she was on cloud nine that something special will happen today in her life.. The way Abhi was talking to her make her feel soo special anyone in her place would feel that she is getting all the happiness in her life!! Simi for one was made felt really special by Abhi who was noticing her and making her blush like a sweet 16 year old!!! Jo phelay phely pyaar Ka Ehsaas hota hai she was feeling that!!!

She was almost at the peak of her happiness when Abhi gave her the bouquet of flowers and made her even more special. Any girl in Simi's place would be so thrilled to get it from some one whom she is happy to be with!! Thats the happiness she want looking for and didn't know who to approch it.

After the sudden rejection as a life companion and just being as friends what Abhi proposed her for she realised that her heart foundered for love and happiness for a companion in Abhi and not just as a friend.. Anyone in her place would do that.. Abhi brought about that emoticons in her which she couldn't bring out herself and now he expects her to forget them or burry them which she developed for him! Well said Simi that you cannot be just friends with Abhi Your heart longs for somthing else and you need that more that just beiong friends !!!

Abhi : What a charmer!! He can do anything to get a smile on your face which he did very very beautifully for Simi.. He made her realise how specail she can be and how her heart can develop a fondng for someone !!! His approach to life is to be happy and make people happy around you. He has fallen in love with Simi but he is afraid of rejection or what !!! Wow that was soo surprising when he told Guruji that he could'nt tell her that he is in love with her may coz of the age factor or he want to approach the friendship way first and make her comfortable in believing in him and then expressing his feelings to her..Abhi you did have the golden chance to tell her about your feeings but I guess the time and just had'nt arrived

Guruji :Wow he can read mind so well !! He was just observing Simi and told her that she will get what she is suppose to have all the happiness but the road is a litle rocky !! and the way he showed her the path who is Abhi !! So now it seems he will be cupid and make them realise hat they both have to say those words which they feel for each other. Maybe he wanted that Abhi go about with it slowly so he was instrumenal in making Abhi say that he wants to be friends first !!!

The bottomline here is that both Simi and Abhi realise that they want to say that they love each I hope that they show the falling in love part before the actual saying !!!

Simi takes a while before she answers him. She was also hesitant and nervous to tell him that. But the sacrificial one....Oh...i was angry at her that day. Within that short pause, the way Abhi just tilts his head and looks at her with moist eyes......

Just that look Neil brought out...Abhi knows too well about Simi.Thats why he asked her that question. And the look during the wait for her to answer...it was like telling her....Now dont tell me you have said yes to their demand to marry Nakul.

And yes, the very same answer she gives him. the way he quickly recovers and becomes more determined was because he already knew the answer before Simi tells him.

Shanti was using that scene for long. Attimes,even at work,i used to feel good watching that emotion.
