Raksha...you are so right. Abhi has some strong principles and values. No one could put up with Simi and her family issues for this long....And it is true we all want to see Abhi treated by Simi the way we feel and know he should be treated...
Krivishu.....That scene is excellent. When he was trying to propose I was feeling nervous. I so badly wanted to say yes just to have him smile😃 There are so many scenes and thanks for reminding me of that one.

Hi Friends!!!

sorry to join a little late in this discussion.

Hats off to you Daboo. Wonderful topic. We all just love Simbhi so much that we can keep on discussing their great scenes.

Reading everyones posts has really refreshed me. Love Simbhi soooooo much.

My most favorite of all scenes is:
When Abhi sees Simi on the terrace just before shes leaving her house for her wedding with RB.
Abhi's wonderful speechless look, his eyes as if they are trying to say " Simi you are looking so beautiful" We all could see from his expressions that he was deeply in love with Simi.

And also when he tried to stop her by holding her hand.

Another of those scenes which will always be embedded in my mind is when Abhi is telling Simi on the phone (just after she called him to tell that RB had threatened her that he will not let her marry anyone else)
that dont cry and Simi replies "Tumhi mere ek dost ho.Mein roungi bhi tumhare samne aur mein ladhungi bhi tumse"

That was just wonderful.👏
Those wonderful episodes of KB !!!!!!

First of all I had a lot of help with this idea....Raksha and Neetu😃 Thanks guys😃
And second of all I remembered that scene from the terrace...OMG...I think Abhi did fall in love with Simi that night.....A lot of people may not agree but I feel it to be true.... And then after the marriage was called off and Abhi was in his room watching everything and he CRIED. That was the look that sealed the deal for me....I knew he was a goner by then😳😉😃😆

Remembered one more scene.
When Abhi comes to Sethi's house for the first time.
The Sethi siblings are praising Simi while they are having dinner.

Abhi's expressions after getting to know the love, affection and respect all of them have for Simi.
He too feels proud to have gotten to know Simi.

And Simi's eyes trying to prevent hi from resisting when Mili announces RB's arrival there.

Great scenes

Also the scene following this when Abhi rightly shows RB his place when he says
" Tabhi. Hum IIM se nikal kar sedha gadi banane wale company ko head karte hain"
what a dialogue.!!!!!

This is a great thread. It has me going down Simbhi memory lane. Another of my favorite scenes is the day after the love declaration. Abhi comes to the Seethi house to pick up Anita, Simi thinks he's going to hug her, he passes her by, hugs Papa, and winks at Simi. He is so mischievious. The next scene they are staring at each other and he catches her in his arms for the third time. Of course, Anita has to kill the buzz by telling Simi Di to, "watch where she was going!" The best scene of all that day was when the prayer ceremony took place, Abhi in a cute blue T-shirt, saunters over to Simi, holds her hand and looks lovingly into her eyes. At first she tries to resist but she gives in and they stare lovingly into each other's eyes. This was another deal sealer for me.
Neil has an amazing smile. So many great moments that I know I will visit this thread regularly.
Thankx for the Memories (Frank Sinatra) is now more than a song, it's a walk down Simbh lane. Thankx to the CV's and those who started this thread for bringing back the magic. The last few weeks on KB were depressing to say the least.

very well written. Nice to see that atleast for the time being the things are going to be postively better for Smibhi or so it seems.

Especially happy that Abhi has gone back very close to his old hairstyle (loved it) Hes looking so cute!!😊

Whichever scenes Simbhi are together its a treat to watch.
One of the scenes close to my heart is the kitchen scene where he gives her the bell. It was for me the epitome of passion with nothing more than mere holding of Abhi's hand by Simi
The way it was shot, with light from the fridge door being open. When he catches hold of her hand, tho se quiet moments lost in each other.
The way Simi is frightened thinking what would happen if anyone comes. Just that morning both have fought. But when it comes to care and love, everything is forgotten.
The love in her eyes when she gets back that bell and a sweet thank you. The happiness in Abhi's face when he sees how much Simi valued that gift from him (I was disappointed when it was burnt later)
Her disappointment when Abhi is leaving makes her forget everything else and holds his hand preventing him from leaving so soon. The want and need to be together for a little while longer was just great for me.
The way Abhi looks at her while walking closer to her when Simi is moving away from him was too good. The passion he brought out in his eyes was intense.
The way Simi is shy just looking at him, nervous at their closeness in that dim light. Just the dropping of her eyes to avoid that passionate gaze was just awesome.
The way Abhi says to her...Let me go before anyone comes...it was like indirectly telling her ....dont hold me back here with just your gaze...let me go please.
She is still clutching his hand and the sweet smile he gives her because he realises she wants him to stay longer.
In spite of that she is so lost in his eyes that she forgets she is still holding his hand until he reminds her.
What a classic moment.
How unfortunate we are forced to satisfy ourselves just reminiscing those wonderful moments.

Everything highlighted there is enough to give a person a moment of romantic thoughts. I wish my husband looked at me like Abhi looks at Simi and yet Simi....well thats another thread.... I remember that scene and it became more clearer after reading your post Mesimi... That passion is what is missing in Simi's eyes....Abhi😍 He still has it😃😉
