Abhi told to Simmi over Phone there are Murder Charges on Vicky on top of stealing Charges....errrrrrr??????? Whom did he Murder?> If there was already a Murder,was Delhi Police waiting for a person to be arrested under other charges ,then They'll Tally his Fingerprints with the murderScene Fingerprints?? Vicky was roaming freely till he got caught..... What was Police doing as an Investigation of the Murder??
