of all, I think this question of yours is the toughest for me bcos I have zero imagination and zero story telling skills! Let me try -
1. Simi is in a hospital running around in the corridor trying to escape from the 3 goons. Suddenly she finds herself in a deadlock state. She is terrified. She quickly scans the area and finds a slightly open door to a different room. She very quickly runs into that room and locks herself in. After a while, the goons try to open the door and are shocked to see the door open. One of them tries to enter the room, but very soon backs off. He is terrified to see a bottle in Simi's hand with label ACID written on it. Simi is very angry but tries to be totally in control, finds the courage and she tells them in no-nonsence tone showing them the bottle, "You know what this is? If anyone dares to come near me, I will not hesitate to throw on all of you. So, you guys back off". The goons are totally scared and realise this girl must be mad, a while back she was talking something that made no sense and now she wants to throw the acid on us. One of the goon tells are other, come lets go, she is mad and they run off when they see Simi running behind them.
Simi realises she doesn't have her cellphone, goes to look and finds it in the corridor lying on the ground. She fixes the battery and calls up Abhi. Abhi who is looking for Simi all over is so releaved to see SIMI flashing on his mobile phone. Abhi asks her where she is and Simi informs him. Abhi asks her not to move from whereever she is and that he is coming there. Simi is sitting on the floor against the wall and crying thinking about everything that had happened that day. It was such a rollercoaster ride for her. 1st Abhi coming into her college and holding on to that live wire, then Anu's story, then those drunken gundas, Anita inflicting so much pain by telling all nonsense, and finally she ending up here. She is still having the Acid bottle in one hand and the cellphone in the other, crying out with her head bent down, waiting for just Abhi. From far Abhi sees Simi and comes running towards her. He places his hand so softly on Simi's head and caresses her. At first Simi jumps up shocked and is so releaved to find Abhi. She holds on to him so tightly and is crying. Abhi feels so sorry and consoles her, Simi looks like a broken kid, lost all hope in life. She tells him what happened after he had gone inside the house and how she ended up there. Abhi says, "ssshh! Look at me, I've come now, you don't have to worry about anything. I am there for you and I will be there for you always, come lets go home."
Abhi brings Simi home and directly goes to RS who is waiting in his room. Manju tries to stop him but Abhi has this determined look that nobody can stop him. Though RS is in his room, he can understand that Simi has returned home bcos of the chaos that is audible from the main hall.
RS gets up and closes the door behind. Abhi is shocked. RS comes close to Abhi and holds both of his hands and says "Thank You. I only had hope from you". Tears are rolling down both their eyes and RS hugs Abhi. RS continues, "I knew you would find your love. I am proud that I made no mistake trusting you. You are one of a rare gems and I trust you completely with my Simmo. I know you are the one who can give her all the happiness in life. I have no problem with your relationship and you both will have all my blessings". Abhi is so happy and faces RS now and says "Uncle ji, Thank you. Thank you so much. Your blessings mean a lot to both me and Simi. I will never do anything to break the trust you have on me."
RS says, "I do not know how to convince your father and mother and also Manju for this marriage". To this Abhi says, "Do not worry Uncle ji, I will manage that. You giving us your blessings is the biggest strength and I can face anyone now".
From then on, Operation salvage Abhi's reputation is started by both Mili and RS and for every thing that Anita brings up against Abhi, it is shot down and very soon Manju realises Anita's deceit.
At T mansion, though Abhi lives in the house, he never talks to either Anusha or his father. He goes to his work (Nakul's office) everyday and comes back. Though he meets his parents he doesn't talk a word to them. Anusha slowly feels sorry for Abhi. Afterall, it is her son and she wants her son to be happy. She also understands that all the things that Anita tells about Abhi are baseless. Once or twice she tries to talk to Abhi, but Abhi doesn't talk at all. One day Anusha breaksdown and asks for forgiveness that she mistrusted Abhi and she only wants him to be happy. She sort of accepts Simi bcos she know Simi is a good girl and more important is she know her son's happiness lies in this girl. One day finally she tells Abhi her complete acceptance and that she will manage to convince Mr. Tarneja.
Meanwhile Nakul's family come with Roka uninformed. Sethi family is shocked and when Dadi asks to call Neetu, Sethi family begs sorry and state, there is no point in hiding about Neetu and that they do not know where Neetu is right now. She doesn't live with them anymore and that she has married a guy and run away with him. She had called them to inform about that.
Listening to this Dadi is raging with anger and says, it was on your insistence that we started looking groom for Neetu too. Now bcos of your daughter's stupidity we feel so ashamed, what are we going to tell the groom's side now. RS feels very bad and asks for forgiveness, but Dadi doesn't want to listen to a word and announces, we do not want anything to do with such a family and we break all our ties with you and we cannot get our son Nakul married with Simi.
After a few days Anusha has convinced Mr. T and Manju also understands her son and DIL are good for nothing people and starts to feel how lucky they are to have a person like Abhi who always helped them and only did good to their family. Manju starts to feel that she cannot have a better SIL than Abhi and mentions that to RS. RS is only too happy to hear such words from Manju and the 2 family get together and fix Simbhi marriage. They have a simple wedding at the same temple and Guruji is also there to bless the couple. The End!!
2. If I win a date, then i think I will choose Simi. Hey don't get any wrong feelings, the state Abhi is currently in, I don't think Abhi will be comfortable to be outside with me the whole day! So, I will do a favor on him and choose Simi. I think I can easily get along with girls than boys.
For this one day I will forget all about calories and indulge in the unhealthy, high in calorie food.
We will first head on to McDonalds for the breakfast and I will order 'Big Breakfast with extra hashbrown' and Orange Juice. I will have to throw away the buscuit and the sausage bcos I do not like those. I will let her choose whatever she wants.
We will drive to Cayote Point (Park). This is a beautiful serene park very close to SFO airport that from one of the spots the runway is easily visible. We can see the planes taking off and landing. After we have seen enough, we will sit down and talk, I will tell her I know she is a very good girl and cares for her family but she needs to think about Abhi too and I will in a very sutble manner point out where she is going wrong and what she can do to improve her relationship with Abhi.
By this time, I think its afternoon and for lunch, we will go to Romano's Macaroni Grill, start with Virgin PinaColada, main course - Chicken Scaloppine, without prosciutto and for desserts- chocolate Ravioli with icecream. Again I will let her choose her lunch, I will ask her to try the virgin pinacolada and we will share the dessert.
From there we will drive to Half Moon bay (hey, I hope I win this date in Summer). We will sit near the beach and look at all the kids playing and then I will start again, why giving priority to Abhi is so important ...etc etc ...
For Snacks, we will drive down to Chaat House at Sunnyvale and I will eat Dahi papdi Chaat. I will let her choose what she likes.
Next will go to Rajjot Indian Restaurant, which is near by and buy a lb of Kala Jamun (sweet) and drive back home. On the way home, we would eat those Kala Jamuns and reach back home.
After reaching home, I will order the dinner from Tava Indian Cuisine. Menu would be Rotis, Chicken Tikka Masala and Veg Biryani. We both share the food.
Finally before its time for her to leave, I will ask if she has any questions. Will answer to all her questions.
After writing all these food selection, I am now wondering if I will be able to eat all these?!
The clothes I pick would be Jeans and Knit top and a Jacket for outside and when I am back home, I may change into my housewear - pajama and top.
My agenda for this date will be to drive some sense into Simi's head and hopefully I will be successful.
