thier strategy one day take viewers on the top and then shock them to death next day. . Abhi is no ram and simi is no sita they are 2 characters with their flaws what ever we call them.
They are attracted because they are some what similar with good hearts. Simi needed a support her knight and abhi needed to help some one and they are thrown together.
Abhi intially pitied her and felt sympaty for her while simi liked him because she can talk to him whenevr she is sad and abhi would listen to her and try to help her and the whole thing grew in love. But it is a kiddie love which will take time to grow into a mature relation till then they will go thru lots of such big little quarrels. and we need you. so just hang in there dear.

Ramas, there is nothing realistic about this show - it's an Indian drama for starters. I don't even mind the up and downs, it is the whole direction and take of these characters.
Thanks for trying to encourage us to hang in there - you are forever the optimist. I have to say you have done a far better job with these characters then the creative team. I would have rather watched your KB version then theirs. Please don't disappoint us with your next offering otherwise some of us will really heart broken. 😳

I seriously can't digest how and when Abhi fell in love with Simi ... yes, Simi is not a usual person Abhi would meet /met in the past , but its not the 1st time for him to talk to a older girl then how and when and why did he get attracted and fell in love?
Separately these 2 are good-at-heart kind of people ... but that is not enough for someone to fall in love with that too if the person happens to be 10 yrs older .........

👏
Well said Bee, I agree with you that the way Abhi and Simi fell in love was very poorly done. We, my friends and I, are discussing the show and we all agree, there is nothing that makes sense as to what attracted Abhi to Simi. A glance at her at the mandir is not enough upon which to build a relationship or explain why a 22 year old would fall for a 30 year old plain Jane (overweight girl who has been rejected multiple times).
Like you said, these are two nice people but that's not enough to explain what would make them click. In the beginning the show was doing a good job building their relationship and I hoped that they would have more Abhi and Simi scenes to help move the story forward.

lailla my version will keep you own toes but with goodness in hiuman beings I mean most chracters. Infact next update is a biggest surprise to all it willl be abhi's confession I can not say anything more then that and I try my best to not to disappoint.. But my version of simi is a modern woman she may consider her man her huby a devta but on ocassion she won't mind slapping him if the time and place requires it. out of her love for him.

We are coming back to yesterday's discussion of a diff thread....

No it won't as the love and attraction will bring them together. By now they are already madly in love. That is why abhi has forgotten simi is older and over weight and all except today, And waht he said he truely did not mean that. Today's abhi was or is not a real abhi. I dont see anything wrong with abhi simi relations as i have seen such relations work. so why not give abhi simi a chance.
I mean if older man with younger woman works why not older woman and younger man going against the norms of the soceity I had 2 marriages in my family my brother 8years older than my bhabhi and my devar 10 years older than my devrani and all are happy so why not?
Why discriminate against older woman younger man marriige? and love conquers all.

Ramas, I appreciate your attempts to explain what's going on here, but this is the very approach that I despite. First the fact that Simi has become his addiciton and obession - it's a horrific move that I have said that makes Abhi pathetic and weak. Second, if the rationale is that Abhi wanted Simi because RB wanted her, and now Nakul, then it goes to show that the writers of the show know nothing about relationships or what forms the basis of them.
An insecure Abhi looks horrible.🤢

Ramas, I do agree that there are lot of real life examples and they are leading a happy life ... I would also want Simi to have Abhi .. I am not against it at all...This was the main reason why I started watching the show ...but the creatives are doing showing the part you are explaining ... like you are telling madly in love ... possessive ... what made Abhi think Simi is a (in ur words) "prized possession"??

i am sorry don't want to offend the person who created this post, but i can't believe it some one from 21st century, has such a narrow & ageist mind. age is just a number it's the compatibility that matters most, in a long term relationship. yes simi is not attractive, but has a heart of gold & is very giving & that's why abhi was drawn towards her, as he never met some one so selfless & hence fell in love with her simple nature

not every guys goes for a thin stick sexy looking wannabe models, there are guys who would prefer simple girls like simi, then those party loving babes who change there boyfriends like there skirts. yes simi has insecurities thanx to her psycho, vile, bully mother ,but abhi understands that & it will be his love that will make her overcome those niggling doubts about her self, thanx to her mother who always criticised her on her weights, age & looks

this show is brilliant it's dealing with issues that have been brushed under the carpet before, love happens between a younger guy & elder woman all the time. also there are 2 types of guys, those who are only after one thing & the makers of this show have beautifully portrayed that element, in the neetu & that evil vicky story line. whilst on the other hand they are showing a sensible & genuinely in love guy like abhi, for whom compatibility & simplcity holds far more importantance, than how sexy his woman should look.

so for me this show is refreshing change, from all those boring saas bahu sagas, im just baffled that this type of stigma still exists in 21st century.it's ok for older guy to a romance a teenager, but when the man is younger it becomes an issue. just hope makers keep the show as realistic & simple as they have done so far. im loving it & so are many others
