Satyabhāmā’s intense attraction to Kṛṣṇa gives the story a strong start. The way you first show her feeling insecure, it neutralizes her petulant necklace-tossing and makes her very human. I like Satyabhāmā’s agency in the plot when she cleverly guides Kṛṣṇa to solve the mystery.

Kṛṣṇa’s line, “I will take care of this; you just wait for me” is an auspicious start to their couplehood.

Satyabhāmā’s inner conflict is clearly described. Rukmiṇī’s sympathy for her is believable. The friendship between them develops gradually and naturally. Satyabhāmā’s generous and self-sacrificing thoughts have their place, bringing out the complexity of her character.

While Kṛṣṇa is mostly absent from this story, his reaction to the marriage proposal and banter with Satyabhāmā make the ending delightful.

I am putting my proofreading suggestions in replies.
