Vidya Balan & Shefali Shah starrer 'Jalsa' finds a release date on Amazon Prime Video

This past couple of weeks have been a great time at the movies, one can safely say. What began with a little splurge of encouragement with Badhaai Do continued with a few other streaming releases. But now, the biggest achievement came in with a mammoth 3-day weekend for Alia Bhatt led vehicle, Gangubai Kathawadi.

But as these theatrical releases continue to make good collection and attain a lot of love from everyone, the digital releases are no different. While Love Hostel released on Zee5 with widespread acclaim, another mega release is coming in the form of Rudra this week that marks superstar Ajay Devgn's digital debut.

And it seems big digital releases are not far away, as another awaited film confirmed its digital release. Stalwarts Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah co-star in the film Jalsa and now it is sealed that the film is all set to release on Amazon Prime Video on 18th March 2022.

The film is directed by Suresh Triveni, who, interestingly, also directed the sleeper hit, Tumhari Sulu also starring Vidya Balan. The film is produced by Abundantia Entertainment and T-Series.
