Tabu's first look from Jawaani Jaaneman out

'Content is the King' is what every Bollywood actor follows now. But it's not the same with Tabu who has been glued to it ever since her debut in the film industry. Tabu is one of the few actresses of Bollywood who is loved by critics as well as the audience. She was highly appreciated for films like Maqbool, Chandni Bar, Astitva, The Namesake and many more. 

The actress who was last seen in Andhadhun is currently shooting for her next Jawaani Jaaneman in London. The film also features Saif Ali Khan and will also mark Pooja Bedi's daughter Alaia Furniturewalla. Recently, Tabu took to her social media handle to share the first look of herself from the Nitin Kakar directorial. She captioned the picture as, "#jawaanijaaneman @jayshewakramani @nitinrkakkar #firstlook @subbu28 @bbhiral @pooja_ent"

Reportedly, Kareena Kapoor Khan was also being considered to play Saif's ex-lover in the film. However, later the makers finalized Tabu for this role. "Bebo had played a similar role in the Saif Ali Khan film Happy Ending. But the makers and Saif both went home with a sad ending, as the film flopped at the turnstiles. So even though Saif did suggest that she should do a cameo in the film, Kareena decided to not do the role and preferred to stay with her husband at the shoot watching him at work. Stepping into her shoes on Monday was Tabu, who shot for two scenes. She is slated to shoot a few more before she returns to India," a source close to the film had revealed.

Meanwhile, Jawaani Jaaneman is slated to release on 29th November this year.
