"Stay warm and dry during Monsoon" - Simone Singh

Monsoon is the season that is loved by all for its scenic beauty that is seen. But most of the time it turns out to be annoying too, as it causes hurdles in the lives of people, especially the ones who are traveling during the rainy season.

Rainy season for me is:  It's a nice change of weather. As we know that in Mumbai we don't have such kind of weather. We only have hot weather, the only change of climate we ever see is in this rainy season and I feel it's a blossom change. We all love the first rain but after the first week it becomes very unfortunate.

Precautions that I take during Monsoon: One should stay away from illnesses. It is a bad idea to eat street food during rainy season. I would suggest all to stay warm and dry.

My memories related to Monsoons: I remember during childhood days it was fun to have hot snacks after returning from schools. I don't have too many memories.

My favorite visit during Monsoon: My husband and I are usually traveling abroad but if I have to travel in India then I would love to visit Matheran as it is really a beautiful place with red soil and bright greenery around.

Must carry things in Monsoon: Outside of course an umbrella rather than that nothing much.

My monsoon music: I listen to old rock, old jazz and some new rock as well.

My monsoon special Khaana: Anything that is hot and crispy may be French fries, pakodas.
