Sleazy toilet one-liner lands Kaminey in trouble!!

Lord Jagannath devotees are hurt by a toilet graffiti in the recently released,'Kaminey'. In the scene, after an arguement with Priyanka Chopra, Shahid locks himself up in a toilet. Outside on the door was written "Apna Haath Jagannath". The toilet joke hasn't gone down too well with the Jagannath Sena Sangathan in Puri.

The devotees lodged a police complaint against UTV Motion pictures claiming that the scene in the film, Kaminey, had put down Lord Jagannath. Yesterday the devotees burnt posters of the film.

"Lord Jagannath has been shown in poor light in the movie. In a scene, it has been written 'Apna Hath Jagannath' in the toilet with a semi-clad model under the writing. It has hurt the sentiments of Jagannath devotees," said a member of the Sangathan .

Many cinema hall owners in Bhubaneshwar deleted the scene from the film and subsequently informed the distributors in this regard.

BJD MLA Mr Maheswar Mohanty said the scene had hurt the feelings of followers and the producer must render his apologies. Mr Mohanty further said that he will move the state government to take up the issue with the producer of the movie.
