Saif Ali Khan’s shocking stabbing incident earlier this year left everyone stunned. She expressed gratitude that her father is safe and recovering well.

The incident took place on January 16, 2025, when an intruder broke into Saif and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Bandra residence in the middle of the night. The trespasser reportedly attempted burglary but was confronted by Saif, leading to a violent attack. The Salam Namaste actor was stabbed multiple times before his house staff intervened and alerted security. Saif was immediately rushed to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, where he received medical treatment and spent a few days recovering. Thankfully, he returned home soon after.

Speaking about the harrowing experience in a recent interview, Sara Ali Khan shared her thoughts on how the incident served as a wake-up call. The actress emphasized that such moments highlight the importance of appreciating life and not taking anything for granted.

Every second of every day deserves mindful celebration,” she said, adding that it reminded her of the lessons learned during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Murder Mubarak actress stressed that people shouldn’t wait for a tragedy to value life. “It takes somebody being attacked for them to realize, ‘Okay, life matters,’” she said. She urged everyone to cherish their loved ones and celebrate life’s small joys.
