Sanjay Gupta confirms Aditya Roy Kapur won't be a part of 'Shootout 3'

Probably one of the most popular franchises in Bollywood over the years has been that of Shootout. After the massive success that was Shootout at Lokhandwala, it was followed up by a sequel in the form of Shootout at Wadala, which was successful too.

For a while now, there has been plans for a third shootout film. While the location isn't really set as to which Shootout will the third film now reflect upon, names have been popping up here and there as to who will be a part of the third Shootout film after all.

One name that didn't just pop but was seemingly confirmed by many was that Aditya Roy Kapur is set to join the franchise and lead Shootout 3. However, none other than director Sanjay Gupta himself went on to confirm the same with SpotboyE when asked about it that Roy Kapur won't be a part of the film or franchise surely. He denied the rumors saying they are not true at all.

Well, we are sure the fans of Roy Kapur would have indeed loved to see him in an entirely new avatar in the mafia world but that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon.
