Rumors smashed: Sara Ali Khan never auditioned for 'Animal' as reports suggested

Animal continues to bask in exponential success in spite of all the odds being against it and also being one of the most controversial and buzzing films for the right and wrong reasons. While there are several aspects that already created a stir so far, one such aspect has been the fact the role of actor Tripti Dimri in the film.

From her intimate scenes with Ranbir Kapoor to her character being a talking point even in the end-credits scene, Dimri has made a much bigger noise than so many other aspects of the film. One such thing that also was in focus was a rumor that actor Sara Ali Khan, in fact, auditioned for Animal for Dimri's role. It was being reported that Ali Khan auditioned for the role; apparently, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga wasn't too impressed by her and instead liked Dimri.

However, an industry insider has now revealed that Sara Ali Khan actually never auditioned for the same. That's right. Putting all the false rumours to rest, an Industry Insider revealed that “Sara Ali Khan never auditioned for the Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film Animal.”

When it comes to Ali Khan's films, the actor is still basking in the success that her film, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke raked mid-year. Now in her future kitty, she has Ae Mere Watan Mere Watan, Metro in Dino and Murder Mubarak.
