RRR: Ajay Devgn’s fierce look revealed on his birthday

The makers of RRR are leaving no stone unturned in raising excitement around the film. Making every announcement with a special occasion, the hype and curiosity among fans has grown tenfold.

On the occasion of Ajay Devgn’s birthday, the RRR team unveiled the first look of the actor from the magnum opus film. “LOAD... AIM... SHOOT... He derives strength from empowering his people! Presenting @AjayDevgn from #RRRMovie”, wrote director SS Rajamouli while sharing the enigmatic motion poster.

Devgn dons a never seen before avatar as he personifies strength and power in the fierce look. He also shared the look on his Twitter handle and wrote, “Thank you @ssrajamouli for envisioning me in such an exciting and powerful character.”

Helmed by SS Rajamouli, the mega budgeted film stars a mighty star cast including Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt alongside Ram Charan and NTR Jr. While Jr. NTR plays Bheem, Alia Bhatt will be seen playing Sita in the film.

The film is a period drama like never before, a fictional take on the younger days of celebrated freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharamaraju. 

Produced by DVV Danayya, RRR is directed by India's most celebrated filmmaker SS Rajamouli and is set to release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and several other India languages.

The much-awaited Pan-India film will have a worldwide release on October 13, 2021, on the festive occasion of Dussehra.
