Rohit Shetty plans an action film after 'Golmaal 3'

New Delhi, Oct 31 (IANS) After tickling funny bones of audiences with comedies like 'Golmaal', 'Golmaal Returns' and 'All The Best', director Rohit Shetty plans to make an action film.

'Yes, I would surely make an action film, sometime in the next year,' said Shetty whose debut movie 'Zameen' was an action thriller as well.

The filmmaker is gearing up for the release of 'Golmaal 3' Friday, which holds the promise of a laugh riot, just like the previous two instalments.

Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor,Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Khemu and Mithun Chakraborty form the cast of the movie.

'Mithun is a great actor and a great performer. He is doing comedy after a very long time. His character in 'Golmaal' is such that you will fall in love with him,' said Shetty.
