Rhea Chakraborty to seek Legal Action, including Prosecution, against Sushant Singh Rajput’s family!

Sushant Singh Rajput’s sad demise was a massive blow to the entire nation. The investigation has repeatedly seen some of the major twists, and several allegations have been hurled across the late actor’s girlfriend - Rhea Chakraborty and her family. 

In a shocking turn of events, a Times of India report has suggested that Rhea Chakraborty will be taking action against Sushant Singh Rajput’s family for making false statements before the investigating authorities and the Supreme Court. 

The report quoted Rhea’s lawyer Satish Manshinde who said, “The prescription and the chats of the two sisters of the actor clearly indicates that the family was aware of the actor's mental health."

Furthermore, the report also quoted him alleging that they were exchanging prescription notes of medication. He also mentioned about the illegal consultation of a doctor.

“They were exchanging prescription notes of medication and lied to the court and ED. Besides the consultation is also illegal and if even an online consultation has happened the doctor gives prescription to an existing patient whose history he knows in advance," said Maneshinde in his conversation with Times of India. 

He also mentioned that Rhea Chakraborty will be taking all possible legal action, including prosecution, against the family.

Earlier this week, Shruti Modi and Sushant's Neetu Singh's WhatsApp chats went viral on August 30, 2020. The chats reportedly talk about Sushant’s doctor prescriptions and the doctors treating him. A CNN News 18 report stated that Sushant was reportedly prescribed with Serta, Clonotril, Oleanz, and Qutipin, which are taken for various mental illnesses.
