Pushpa 2 star Allu Arjun urges fans to behave responsibly on social media after CM Revanth Reddy slams him

Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 is rage all over India. The Hindi version has made over Rs 600 crore in record time. However, Allu Arjun is in trouble with the stampede at Sandhya Theatre being discussed at the Telangana National Assembly. CM Revanth Reddy asked what kind of a person Allu Arjun was to promote his film after such a tragedy. He said that Arjun was aware that a woman had died but he did not leave the theatre. Finally, the police had to ask the actors to leave. The owners of Sandhya Theatre had apparently sent a letter to the cops saying that they needed permission and enough security cover as top stars were coming for Pushpa 2 premiere. It was approved as per reports.

Pushpa 2 which has broken a number of box office records is largely driven by the star power of Allu Arjun. The actor said in a press conference that he cannot be held responsible for what has happened. He said what is being said is humiliating as he too is someone’s son. Allu Arjun said this is like character assassination. Now, the Government has decided to put an end to all premiere shows that will be attended by stars of the movies.

Even AIMIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi said that the Pushpa 2 star took the tragic incident as a chance to promote his film. The CM of Telangana said that while South Indian film stars went to the home of Allu Arjun to show solidarity nobody visited the ailing family. They said stars have become inhumane. The husband of the deceased has said that he does not feel that Allu Arjun is guilty. The child Sai Tej is apparently critical but the star said he is progressing. Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 is a box office behemoth but this incident has ruined its sheen.
