Pushpa 2's success did nothing for Rashmika Mandanna? Actress' fees in last three films will make you wonder

Rashmika Mandanna’s streak at the box office would make any actress envious. Animal, Pushpa 2, Chhaava and now Kuberaa, she is truly at the top of the game. Fans would expect that she would be one of the highest-paid actresses Pan-India but well a report suggests otherwise. We had read how she was paid Rs 10 crores for Pushpa 2. It seems Rashmika Mandanna had a packed schedule and let go of a few projects to reprise the role of Srivalli in the second film of the blockbuster franchise. Well, her performance was excellent and she truly stood out as the fierce, loving and protective wife of Pushpa.

As per a report in an entertainment portal, the fees of Rashmika Mandanna have not gone up after the success of Pushpa 2. She was seen as Yesubai in Chhaava, which was a huge success. The movie made Rs 800 crores at the box office. After that, she had her first average film after blockbuster successes like Animal, Pushpa 2 and Chhaava. Sikandar saw her with Salman Khan for the first time. She was just paid Rs 5 crores for the Sajid Nadiadwala movie.

Kuberaa is now running in theatres. It stars Dhanush and Nagarjuna along with the diva. As per a report in Filmibeat, she was paid Rs five crores for the film. Rashmika Mandanna’s performance is being loved by all. Critics have praised Sekhar Kammula for bringing out the best in her. What is surprising that even after the success of Pushpa 2 her fees have not sky-rocketed? Deepika Padukone, who is highest-paid Indian actress as per reports commands around Rs 20 crores per film. Her streak of hit films includes Pathaan, Jawan and Kalki 2898 AD. It seems Shraddha Kapoor is next after the giant success of Stree 2.

Rashmika Mandanna has laughed on rumours of her hike in fees on social media. The actress in a teasing way said that with deluge of reports on how she has increased her fees maybe she should actually do the same.
