Pushpa 2: As Allu Arjun's movie takes up all IMAX screens; fans cannot enjoy Interstellar's re-release

Pushpa 2 The Rule has made Rs 100 crores in advance as per reports. Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s movie is seeing unprecedented buzz all over the nation. Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar and Jharkhand are states where advances are filling up. Pushpa 2 is made on a huge budget with action sequences, songs and elevation scenes made on a huge canvas. Christopher Nolan’s movie Interstellar is also seeing a huge re-release on its tenth anniversary. There are many who were keen to see the movie once again on IMAX. But all the IMAX screens in the country are taken up by Pushpa 2: The Rule.

The Sukumar movie is being released in over 9,500 screens all over India. It is the hugest release after Baahubali 2. Anil Thadani of AA Films is going to release the movie in North India. But fans are disappointed that Interstellar is having zero presence in India’s IMAX screens.

We can see that fans are very disappointed that Interstellar is not getting an IMAX release in India. Fans who have seen the film want to watch it again to re-watch the subtle nuances that they might have missed the first time round. Pushpa 2 seems to a complete potboiler for the masses. Interstellar is a visual masterpiece and is made for the IMAX format. Many felt that some shows could have been given to the Nolan movie than Pushpa 2. The Allu Arjun movie is expected to make Rs 250 crores plus on its opening day.
