Prerna of Kasauti Zindagi has filed for Divorce

Shweta Tiwari aka Prerna of Kasauti Zindigi Ki has filed for a divorce from her husband Raja thereby ending their volatile marriage of 7 years.

Rumors were doing regular rounds that Raja was very violent and insecure with his wife popularity as Prerna of Kasauti Zindigi Ki. His male ego did not let him take his wife success positively and had become a chain smoker and a heavy drinker. Even during their Nach Baliye 2 stint Raja was admitted to the hospital for liver ailment thereby leading to couple’s withdrawal from the show.

Shweta and Raja has a 6 year old daughter Palak by this marriage. Appraently, Raja had abducted Palak from their home and ran away after a fight with Shweta. This has lead to the police complaint and consecutively petition for Divorce.

Shweta Tiwari was once linked with co-star Cezzane Khan who played Anurag Basu earlier. But their friendship ended on a bitter note as Cezzane is quite a Cassanova in real life. Both Shweta and Raja were unavailable for comment.
