Manushi Chhillar to star with Alia Bhatt, Sharvari In Alpha? Know the REAL truth

Even before its release, Alia Bhatt’s Alpha has generated quite a good buzz among the audience. Amid reports that Manushi Chhillar was joining Alia Bhatt and Sharvari in Alpha, it has now been revealed that these rumors are entirely untrue. According to Pinkvilla, Manushi is not involved in the upcoming YRF movie. The film's shooting is reportedly on schedule, and it will be released on its planned date, December 25, 2025.

When Alpha was announced in July 2025, the makers released a video featuring Alia's voice.

Shiv Rawail, the director of "The Railway Men," the blockbuster global streaming series, is directing Alpha, which is also produced by YRF. Reportedly, Alia has undergone rigorous training to bring about a fierce avatar to her character in Alpha. Earlier, a source close to the film told Hindustan Times. “Alia has started shooting for Alpha on July 5th. The film presents her in a never-seen-before avatar. She has trained for about four months to prepare herself to play a super agent. She has five to six major action sequences in the film and she needs to be at her fittest best. Alia has pushed her body to a breaking point because she has to look ruthless on screen."

Bobby Deol is also likely to star in Alpha in a key role, although there is no official confirmation yet. YRF has established its Spy Universe in the film industry. Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone have also been a part of YRF Spy Universe films before Alia and Sharvari. Katrina played an ISI agent Zoya in the popular Tiger franchise, while Deepika played the role of an ISI spy Rubina in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan. Kiara Advani recently joined the Spy Universe and will be seen in War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR.
