Recently, the Kapoor parivar, which includes Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, aur others, met the Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence in New Delhi to extend a special invitation to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of Raj Kapoor. The family is commemorating the legendary filmmaker’s life aur works with a nationwide screening of some of his most iconic films.
Kareena Kapoor Khan shared sneak peeks of this unforgettable gathering on Instagram. A single picture freezes the complete Kapoor family with the Prime Minister, highlighting a noteworthy occasion. In different snapshots, Modi is captured standing with Kareena and Saif Ali Khan, while in another, he is deeply engaged in a chat with Saif and Ranbir Kapoor, showcasing a friendly and relaxed exchange.

The festival will showcase Raj Kapoor's most famous creations, covering nearly four decades, which include - Aag (1948), Barsaat (1949), Awaara (1951), Shree 420 (1955), Jagte Raho (1956), Jis Desh Mein Ganga Behti Hai (1960), Sangam (1964), Mera Naam Joker (1970), Bobby (1973), and Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985).
