We already know how The Big Bang Theory alum Kaley Cuoco is gearing up for his upcoming thriller show on HBO Max. The actress along with the rest of the cast has been shooting for a while now and the show is now adding some more actors.
The latest to join the cast is actor Nolan Gerard Funk, who is best known for his role in Awkward. He'll play Van, a junior FBI agent who's an overzealous hothead and laser-focused on Cuoco's title character, Cassie. The cast also includes Sonoya Mizuno, Michiel Huisman, Colin Woodell, Griffin Matthews and T.R. Knight.
The Flight Attendant is based on a novel by Chris Bohjalian. It centers on Cassie, a woman who wakes up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed, with a dead man — and no memory of what happened. Cuoco is also an executive producer on the project via her Yes, Norman banner.
The series comes from Warner Horizon Scripted TV and writer and showrunner Steve Yockey. He executive produces with Cuoco, co-showrunners Meredith Lavender and Marcie Ulin, prolific producers Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter of Berlanti Productions and Susanna Fogel, who will direct the first two episodes.
