Harsh Rajput on returning with Nazar: This is one of the most life changing characters that I have played

Harsh Rajput, Niyati Fatnani and Monalisa are all set to return to the screens with Nazar in Star Plus' latest presentation, Ankahee Daastaan. And well, fans of the show as well as the entire team is anything but absolutely overwhelmed to have gotten this chance once again. India Forums got in touch with Harsh aka Ansh and got talking about the same. Here's the quick conversation with the actor.

What was it like to shoot for the much loved and much celebrated show once again?

As we all know, Nazar is an amazing show, and getting back to the same show, playing Ansh, I am overwhelmed actually, with gratitude. This is one of the most life changing characters that I have played and associating with the amazing team and character once again, I am grateful.

The show sure holds a special place in your heart and you have always mentioned that, did it get overwhelming to return to your character?

As I said before, all of us, the entire team of Nazar, whenever I met Ritu, or anyone else and we met together, we had this thing that Nazar should return you know and I think this, we have manifested with all our hearts, so this had to happened. I am grateful that it returned and I am playing Ansh again.

What is something else that you are looking forward to on the work front?

Well, working on Nazar right now, then once it is over, the telecast will happen on 10th. I am looking forward to playing some interesting characters which I am seeing on OTT these days. It is a wonderful medium and I am looking forward to working on OTT and I am open to all mediums, just looking to do something that challenges me and gives me the thrill that I see in any character.

Tell us one anecdote from the recent shooting of Nazar.

Since we shoot a lot of action, it is not real action, but we have to make it look like it is real and those are the times that real fun stuff happen - missing a punch or stuff like that. In one such situation, I was fighting the dayan and by mistake, though it was not my fault (laughs), my kick went wrong and I was so guilty that as soon as the scene was done, I apologized to her. But there are fun incidents as well, when you end up hitting for real, so these are fun bits during action sequences that keep happening here and there.
