GHKKPM casting director Prashant Joshi REVEALS replacing Pooja Salunkhe by Himakshi Ujjain: 'When she..'

Star Plus' super hit show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is all set to take another generation leap, post which, the current cast of the show will call it quits. While the viewers of the show are very upset with this development, the upcoming cast of the show looks promising too. With Param Singh and Sanam Johar being roped in as the new male leads, fans of both the celebrities seem to be pretty excited.

India Forums has been on the forefront in bringing exclusive updates about the new cast of the show. Well, we have some more exclusive scoop coming straight from the sets of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. As per our well placed sources, veteran actress Pooja Salunkhe was roped in to essay the character of Vaibhavi's onscreen mother in the show, however, even before the show started, the actress has been replaced.

To confirm the same, we got in touch with Prashant Joshi, the casting director of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Confirming the news to us, Prashant reveals that Pooja has been replaced by Himakshi Ujjain in the show. We asked him the reason behind this sudden replacement and he says, ''We had no issues with her whatsoever. She asked us to adjust her dates and we were ready to do that too. However, when she came on the sets, no body greeted her as everyone has been busy with the new season of the show. This was the reason that she decided to opt out.''

We then asked Prashant who was it that the actress had a fall out with and he revealed, ''It was the creative head. The creative head was busy with the promo and everything. So they must have forgotten to greet her. Hence, she decided to quit the show.''

She asked us to adjust her dates and we were ready to do that too. However, when she came on the sets, no body greeted her as everyone has been busy with the new season of the show. This was the reason that she decided to opt out.
