Over the years, many women in every industry have shared the dark phases which rest back to the casting couch. The act has proved to be one of the worst horrors one has to go through. Meanwhile, as these dirty hands creep through reality to clutch the women in the industry, many actresses have started voicing out their episodes of dilemma.

However, these deafening screams even tend to miss out the listening.

Similarly, another Malayalam actress has voiced out her opinion on the injustice being deployed upon her. Mollywood actress Gayathri Suresh has reached the top with her immense efforts and struggle. Although she opened up about casting couch in an interview to radio channel Red FM.

Revealing about her experiences she said that she has been asked to 'compromise' by a few producers in order to get films.

I get messages asking, 'Are you ready to...?' and I don't reply to such messages. I end the conversation and do not reply to them at all.

In a recent interaction, Gayathri tagged along with co-star Dhruvan who revealed that women should give a fitting reply to such messages.

Although when the anchor and Dhruvan asked why she chose not to reply to such messages, Gayathri revealed that avoiding and not replying to them was the best response she could give to them. She also added that they (perpetrators) would understand.

This is not the first time that a Malayalam actress has come out in the open about her casting couch experience. Actress Parvathy was one of the few actresses who opened up about the existence of casting couch in the Malayalam film industry. She also added that she had to forego a lot of opportunities when she didn't agree to the demands of people.

According to the reports from India Today, Parvathy said, "Of course there is casting couch in the Malayalam industry. I don't understand why it comes as a surprise at all. It is there in many other industries also. It's a reality; why are we even shocked about it? I haven't faced casting couch in any other industry, including Tamil, Kannada or Hindi, but only in the Malayalam industry. It was sort of an obligation. See, we gave you the break; and I was like, 'What break, dude? I already did my job and I don't think I have to do anything more'."
