Don 3: Kriti Sanon meets Farhan Akhtar amid rumours of replacing Kiara Advani

The actress, who recently appeared in Crew and Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, was spotted outside Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment office in Mumbai. The sighting has intensified ongoing speculation about her possible involvement in Don 3.

A short video clip of Kriti exiting the production house surfaced online and quickly gained traction. While no official confirmation has been made, her meeting with the makers has sparked strong buzz about her being considered as the lead opposite Ranveer Singh. Especially since recent reports hinted at Kiara Advani possibly stepping away from the project, the timing of Kriti’s visit has drawn attention.

A source close to Kriti Sanon shared some insight into her current schedule. Speaking to Zoom, the insider revealed, “Kriti is currently shooting for her next, Tere Ishq Mein, and after that, she will start work on her next big project, which she hasn’t officially announced yet. The actress is juggling multiple projects this year. She’s working back-to-back and is booked for at least a year.”

Meanwhile, Don 3 is reportedly set to go on floors in September 2025. Ranveer Singh, who will take over the role earlier played by Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan, is slated to begin shooting the first schedule alongside Vikrant Massey. Vikrant is expected to play a significant antagonist in the film, adding a fresh layer to the franchise.

If Kriti does come on board, her entry into the action-packed Don universe would be a notable shift in her film choices. Though she has not commented on the rumours, her consistent presence in major projects suggests a clear effort to diversify her portfolio.
