While he might not have an extensive real estate portfolio like RM, Jin or J-Hope but he earns a lot from social media. It seems Kim Taehyung was just behind IU in terms of earnings in 2024. His net worth is now around USD 40 million, which is Rs 300 crores. Kim Taehyung of BTS has the same net worth as Indian stars like Ranbir Kapoor, Kapil Sharma and Shahid Kapoor. He is making as much as Rs seven crore for a single post on Instagram. His social media account is working hugely for him.

Besides top luxury brands like Cartier and Celine, BTS V is also the brand ambassador of SimInvest and Compose Coffee. His album Layover did excellent sales even though the genre was not very popular in South Korea. As of now, he reportedly has just one luxury apartment in Gangnam. Hailing from Daegu, Kim Taehyung was born in a humble family. His father ran a garments store while he grew up in a farm with his grandparents. The singer has two younger siblings. From expensive artefacts to playing golf, BTS V has few expensive tastes in life.
