Kim Soo-Hyun Case: Actor finally files lawsuit on Garosero and Kim Sae-ron's family; chats with manager leaked

Kim Soo-Hyun’s legal team has filed cases on Garosero Research Institute and Kim Sae-ron’s family. This has been revealed by his legal firm, LKB. It seems like he could not file a legal case earlier as there were some procedural issues. Now, he has filed cases on how allegedly fabricated evidence was used against him in the press conference. This is about the press conference where Kim Se Ui said that Kim Soo-Hyun had threatened a whistle-blower. He also said that a man in New Jersey was attacked by Korean and Chinese nationals. Later, the Korean Consulate debunked such claims saying no national was harmed.

All the evidence is now with the National Forensic Service. Given that there are seven cases, Gangnam Police is taking time to investigate every party. As we know, it was tough to trace the whereabouts of the aunt who had initially given the interview to Garosero Research Institute Limited. Now, Kim Soo-Hyun’s side said that Kim Sae-ron’s family is wrong to press allegations against the actor on the basis of fabricated evidence. This can be termed as malicious in the court of law.

On the other hand, Kim Sae-ron’s texts with manager K have also come out in the open. It seems she asked him to pay for her food waste disposer as she was short of funds. In another series of texts, they discuss how her mother was operating her Instagram account, which caused more distress to her. The manager also suggested that they make it inactive. She is seen referring to her manager as father in the texts. Manager K was accused by Kwon Young-Chan of grooming and sexually exploiting the actress. He said she did not wish to drag her name given that she is no more but the severity of the false charges made him file a lawsuit.
