Baba Ka Dhaba: Gaurav Vasan Responds To Baba's Allegations of Being Duped

On multiple instances, we are reminded of how goodness trumps evil or negativity and whenever we see the former happening on social media, it is always the best feeling, isn't it? A few days ago, we did witness that happening whwere a random video on social media went viral in no time which saw YouTuber Gaurav Vasan posting it. The video, as we remember showed an elderly couple crying their hearts out as their food stall wasn't working or running well due to having no customers. The niceness of many and the video going viral on social media led to Baba's stall being flooded with customers coming in the next day and ahead.

However, the Baba himself recently went on to accuse Vasan of defrauding him of the flow of funds that came all across from the country to help the needy Baba. He claimed that Vasan siphoned off lakhs of rupees sent to him by people.

Opening up on the same to IWMbuzz, Vasan said, “I don’t know who has been filling up Baba’s ears. I asked people to stop sending money for Baba because enough funds have been accumulated. I helped him when he seemed to be in distress. I like to promote street food. In fact after helping Baba, I also made a video on a female dhaba owner in Agra. Her fortunes too have revived. I hope she doesn’t turn around to accuse me of cheating her.This is too upsetting. Is this what I get for helping someone in distress?”
