Actor Amarr Upadhyay, who leads the Colors show Molkki recently went on to have an ACL surgery, which happened only a few days ago.
An ACL surgery is in the leg and has the person take a long time to recover. But as the leading man of a show, Upadhyay had no choice but to start shooting, albeit from him home.
"The doctors had advised me complete bed rest for three weeks but the show must go-on no matter what. Since I am the lead of the show and the story revolves around me, along with the female lead, it was difficult to not have me in the scenes. I as an actor, am committed to my work and will try my level best to not let my show suffer, hence we are making an extra effort for the same," Upadhayay said to ETimes TV.
He added, "I will be shooting from home for the whole of this week. And after that I will try to resume the shoot wherein I will be able to shoot for not more than 5-6 hours. And after 2-3 weeks I will resume shooting full fledged."
We can only sit back and hope that the actor continues to recover well and applaud his dedication to work.
