Molkki fame Anushka Sharma takes a break from acting

Young television actress Anushka Sharma, best known for her role as Juhi Pratap Singh in the hit show Molkki, has decided to step away from acting for a while to focus on her education. The 13-year-old has recently moved to Bahrain, where she plans to concentrate on her studies and personal development.

Talking about this decision, Anushka shared, “I’ve left Mumbai and moved to Bahrain. I’m taking a short break from acting for a few years because I want to focus on my studies. But I’m not quitting acting.”

Although she is putting her acting career on hold for now, Anushka’s passion for being in front of the camera remains strong. She added, “I love acting and always will. Sometimes in life, we need to make tough choices for our future. While I won’t be working in India right now, I’ll still look for international shoots and movie projects here in Bahrain.”

Anushka seems to be enjoying her new life in a different country. She spoke warmly about her experience so far, saying, “I’m really happy here. I’m meeting new people and making friends. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. It feels special when people recognise me as an actor. Their love makes me feel proud and honoured.”

Having recently turned 13, Anushka also spoke about entering her teenage years and how it feels like a new chapter. “Growing up, I’ve always had some freedom, but now I also understand what it means to be responsible,” she said.

Apart from Molkki, Anushka has also been part of popular shows like Naagin 6 and Professor Pandey Ke Paanch Parivaar. While her fans may miss seeing her on screen for now, they can look forward to her return in the future—possibly even on international platforms.
