Anupamaa: Parag finally speaks up for Prarthana and sides with Mahi’s second marriage

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, the wedding festivities move forward with heartfelt moments and cheerful vibes. Anupama and Rahi distribute bride and groom badges to the family, adding a fun element to the occasion. Later, Rahi, Mahi, and Pari help Prarthana get ready for her big day. Anupama soon joins them, removes the evil eye, embraces Prarthana warmly, and lovingly covers her head with a dupatta before applying kala tikka.

Anupama then surprises Prarthana with a special gift, a bracelet carrying her family photograph, which makes the bride emotional. She reminds Prarthana that the presence of her maternal family is equally important in a wedding, which fills Prarthana's heart with happiness. Anupama also suggests that she share her bridal picture with Parag. At the same time, Parag sits lost in memories, recalling little Prarthana's childhood days when she used to imagine herself as a bride and ask for his opinion. As soon as he receives her picture, he becomes restless, overwhelmed with emotions.

Meanwhile, Anupama compliments Rahi for her appearance and praises her beauty. Rahi expresses her gratitude and makes an attempt to leave.

Before she goes, Anupama seeks Rahi's opinion about her own look. Rahi replies in a slightly irritated yet affectionate manner. Anupama reacts in a way that reminds Rahi of how Anuj used to respond. This makes Rahi slip into memories of Anuj.

Leela, feeling the void of Vanraj, becomes emotional and tells Ansh that if Vanraj were alive, he would have showered him with gold and blessings. Hasmuk consoles her, and Leela eventually gifts Ansh a gold chain. Pakhi presents him with a ring, admitting that while she isn't wealthy, this is a token of her love. Paritosh hands Ansh a blank cheque, joking that once he becomes successful, Ansh can demand any amount. Bhavesh offers to send jars of pickle prepared using Anupama's mother's traditional recipe. Jignesh gifts a wristwatch, and Kinjal too adds her present.

During this exchange, Paritosh admits that he misses Samar, while Kinjal says that Dimple's absence is felt too. Rahi silently remembers Dimple as well. In an emotional conversation, Kinjal compares Anupama's struggles with Rahi's, pointing out that both are wrongly blamed for things beyond their control. But Rahi, still bitter, accuses Anupama of being responsible for Aryan's death. Anupama, deeply hurt, reflects that those who leave are always remembered—from Samar and Vanraj to Anuj, Dimple, and her mother.

Later, Rahi ties a protective band on Ansh's wrist, wishing him safety from the evil eye. The moment turns emotional as Ansh and Rahi hug each other warmly. On the other side, Parag grows increasingly anxious at the thought of losing Prarthana to the Shahs.

As Ansh prepares for the rituals, Anupama steps in to help him get ready. Seeing him, she recalls Samar. When Ansh playfully imitates Samar's gestures, Anupama grows emotional but uses the moment to advise him not to lose his individuality after marriage. She also gives heartfelt advice to both Ansh and Prarthana about cherishing their bond.

Hasmuk then asks about the baraat, to which Anupama explains that the groom's side will go outside and return dancing with joy. Rahi mentions that she and Anupama belong to both the bride's and groom's families.

Meanwhile, tensions escalate at the Kotharis' house. Parag learns that Gautam, Vasundhara, and Khyati confront Prarthana, demanding her baby. This leaves him furious. He lashes out, reminding Vasundhara how she once claimed her rights over her son, questioning why Prarthana should now give up her rights on her own child. He accuses them of creating unnecessary drama and Khyati blames Anupama, alleging that she first distanced their son, then their daughter, and is now influencing Mahi with thoughts of remarriage.

Khyati makes fun of Anupama for having been married twice and says she treats relationships like a game. Parag counters by pointing out that he has also been married twice, which doesn’t make relationships a game for him. Vasundhara is shocked and questions why he has suddenly started speaking in Anupama’s favor. Parag clarifies that he is not supporting Anupama but only pointing out what is wrong. He further stands by Mahi’s decision of considering a second marriage.

Elsewhere, Rahi and Prem share a tender romantic moment. At the same time, Vasundhara declares that they will get the baby at any cost, while Gautam insists he wants his child back. Parag, however, stands firm, vowing not to let anyone take Prarthana's baby away.

Meanwhile, the baraat celebration begins at the Shah house, with the groom’s side bringing the procession. Anupama and Rahi join in the fun, dancing joyfully with the family. While celebrating, both are reminded of Samar’s wedding procession when Anupama and Anuj had danced together.
