Akshay Kumar won't be a part of Twinkle Khanna's film!

Soon after Twinkle Khanna announced her home production, "Mrs. Funnybones Movies'" upcoming film 'Padman', everyone were assuming that the leading man will be her husband and actor, Akshay Kumar

Akshay had shared about wife Twinkle's next project on twitter. He tweeted that:

However, as per fresh reports in media, the Khiladi isn't the one who will play the lead in the film. But the makers plan to have a face from Tollywood. Sources close to filmmaker R. Balki have stated that a Tamil actor will play the lead character in the film.

'PadMan' is based on a man named Arunachalam Muruganantham, the man who made an impactful contribution in making cheap and affordable sanitary pads for women with low income.

Akshay Kumar has confirmed the news to a leading tabloid: "As much as my wife loves me, she gets enough of me at home. She's not going to work with me, her ambitions spread much further than the comfort zone of her own home". (sic)

Akshay is now prepping for the release of his film 'Jolly LLB 2' that will hit the theaters on February, 10^th this year.
