Aarti Ravi & Ravi Mohan asked to refrain from making defamatory statements amid ongoing divorce row

As the legal fight between Tamil actor Ravi Mohan and his wife Aarti continues, the Madras High Court has stepped in with a warning for both. The court has asked the two to avoid speaking publicly about each other while their divorce proceedings are still on.

This development comes after Ravi filed a petition seeking an injunction against Aarti and her mother. He claimed that the two had made negative statements about him in public. Based on this, the court issued an interim order, advising both sides to stay away from making remarks that could harm reputations. Meanwhile, the divorce battle itself is heating up. At a recent hearing at Chennai’s 3rd Additional Family Welfare Court, Aarti submitted a request for monthly financial support. She has reportedly asked for Rs 40 lakh per month as maintenance from Ravi.

The next hearing in the case has been set for June 12, and it is expected that the court will take up the alimony demand in detail at that time.

Apart from the legal angles, the personal lives of Ravi and Aarti have become a talking point in entertainment circles. As news of their split became public, several reports began linking Ravi to singer Kenishaa Francis. Speculation around an extra-marital relationship started doing the rounds, though no official confirmation has been made from Ravi’s side.

Aarti, however, recently issued a statement in which she accused the singer of being involved in her marriage breaking down. She did not share further details, but the name has since dominated coverage of the couple’s ongoing conflict.

Kenishaa Francis recently responded publicly to these claims and revealed how she has been hurled abuses at by trolls online.
