This is a love story based on reincarnation and was created in conjunction with the Star Plus creative team. A classic romantic tale with a reincarnation backdrop, the show asked the question “Is true love really eternal?”
When their paths crossed first, Shyaam felt something… something inexplicable. Soon he realized that Radha & he were past life lovers – their love unfulfilled. Radha does not remember anything. She feels that he is a rich brat. But he protects her & fights for her… but when memories of the past life dawn upon her… It^/s time for death to do its part again.
In the next birth, she remembers it all but he has forgotten. They are born as Krish & Radhika.
Whatever their names were - whether Kisan & Shyama in one birth, Shyam & Radhika in the next or Krish & Radhika in the third… their destiny plays twisted games with them.
Finally love conquers destiny and the two lovers are united at the end of the show. This show was unique in a way that it stood out from the several daily soaps on Indian Television. It did not throw the characters into 20-year leaps but gave it an interesting flavour of changing births thus providing the viewers freshness all along… Planned on a finite format the show was concluded in September 2006.
