Meri Nazre toh gila karti hain
The warm Sunrays hit Shaurya's face and he woke up from his slumber. After waking up he went straight to the washroom to freshen up and in the mirror saw his wound neatly dressed. 'Must be Mehek ' he thought and smiled.
On the other hand Mehek was in the kitchen cooking some pancakes for both of them. She was lost in her thoughts. She did not know if Shaurya killed Mohit or not. She wanted to talk to someone. Mr. Rajeev. Yes! I should call him
Shaurya came down for breakfast and sat on the dining table just opposite to Mehek. There was an Alwars silence between them and Mehek prevented herself to look into his eyes. She wanted to avoid him. Shaurya figured out that she maybe upset because he kissed her without her permission so he owed her an apology.
"Mehek.." he said politely when she got up from her chair and headed to the kitchen.
"Hmmm..." she replied.
" See. I am sorry for kissing you. I never wanted you to feel bad in any way. It was childish of me to do that to you. I don't expect you to forgive me but I just wanted you to know that I'm sorry." He looked at her face to get an answer but she just nodded and went away.
Just then Shaurya got a call from Vicky saying that he wants to meet him and that's a very important matter. Shaurya asks Vicky to come to the safe house.
Mehek finds a landline in her room and tries calling Mr. Rajeev.
"Hello, Mr. Rajeev it's me. Mehek Sharma. I'm with Shaurya right now at one of his safe houses." She said.
"Mehek are you alright? Did he do anything to you ?" He inquired.
"Yes I'm totally fine." Mehek replied.
" Why did you call Mehek? You know it can be risky for you?" He was concerned.
"I know. I know but I just think that Shaurya has not killed Mohit. He seems to be nice guy and somehow I can't get myself to kill him. " Mehek tried to explain.
"Oh Mehek no! He's fooling you. You can't be stupid. I'm warning you don't trust him. You have to kill him." He told her.
"Mr. Rajeev we don't even have any proof!" Mehek said.
"Yes! We have. My men saw him killing your brother many other people saw him too. You have to kill him before he kills you. You have to take revenge for your brother. He will act all politely to you but he is not like that. He is a beast. He has killed many other people too. Many others sisters like you want revenge for their brothers who were killed by Shaurya. Mehek , you have to do this." Rajeev had somehow convinced Mehek and she was back on the evil mode.
The other side Vicky came to the safe house. "Bhai I need to tell you something. Really important. That girl who saved your life that day. Where is she?" Vicky asked.
"What happened why do you want to meet Mehek?" Shaurya seemed confused.
"That Rajeev has sent her. She is an assassin. She has come to kill you!" Vicky told.
"What rubbish Vicky! Why would she wanna kill me? And what revenge? Who's revenge?" Shaurya asked.
"Ask her!" Vicky pointed the gun at Mehek who was holding the gun at Shaurya's head. Shaurya turned around to see her.
He couldn't help but stare at her face. Eyes watery on the verge of tears. She looked like an angel that had come down from heaven just to kill him. Her hair, her hair fell like silky waves al over till the small of her back. She looked so innocent and pure. He was enraptured by the ethereal beauty in its utter perfection. He wanted to tell how much he loved her but the words which came out of his mouth were. "Why? Why Mehek?"
She too started at his face intently. A tear leaked out from her eyes making its path down her cheek. She had only one goal. Only one thing she wanted to accomplish. Revenge.
" I have to kill you." Mehek said.
*Shot* The bullet hit and she screamed.
She had brought her mind to kill him but her heart still did not want to pull the trigger. Before she did anything Vicky shot at her hand and the gun fell down.
She screamed in pain. " Mehek!" Shaurya screamed and went to her and held her hand. Their were tears in his eyes as he her cry in pain. "Vicky what have you done!" He cried.
"Bhai she was going to kill you." Vicky retorted.
"No she won't. I know. She can't." Shaurya said.
Mehek was about to lose her consciousness due to the sudden impact.
He carried her to his room and laid her on the bed. His white shirt was coloured with her blood. Luckily the bullet had just touched her hand and not hit her.
He started seeing her wound and he would never forget her screams as he anesthetized the wound with alcohol.
"Bhai why are you doing all this she tried to kill you. She is a enemy." Vicky said in anger.
"No. She is not our enemy. There must be some misunderstanding. I love her. And now she is not going anywhere. She is mine. Now and forever. And if she does try to kill me I'll handle it in my own way." Shaurya told Vicky.
Shaurya and Rajeev were arch rivals. He knew Rajeev would go to any extent to get him killed and get hold of the underworld. "Maybe that's why he lied to Mehek about something. I need to find out the truth before she gets up."
"Vicky tell me everything. From the beginning. " Shaurya sat down on his big sofa and contently listened to every detail what Vicky told him.
The picture was clear. Shaurya had not killed Mohit. It was Rajeev who had played all this game. Shaurya didn't even know who Mohit was and even if he did Shaurya never killed any innocent man.
Shaurya calculated that if all this was planned by Rajeev then he must be the killer. "When Mehek gets up I will tell her everything. Everything."
