before his departure to States and she was his shadow all the while earlier. Some mystery here.

Would like to know the facts around their strained relationship and reasons for their distance.

I'm guessing Mehek sent SK the flowers and gift she is his secret admirer .she is so excited about his return and understands every aspect of his life advising his mom about his likes and dislikes. Their relationship confuses me alittle maybe because I couldn't understand the Hindi parts and had to skip over them but seems like she used to be the annoying cousin that followed him everywhere as a one sided love sick puppy which irritated him at the time . Mehek figured her presence angered him so even though she made the desert and preparations she asked Kaurona not to mention she did it or he will refuse to eat it thinking he doesn't like her? His anger when tasting the desert wasn't because Mehek made it but because she was avoiding him when he really wanted to see her?
