Shaurya held mehek closly while she sobbed . She slowly calmed down and rested her head on his shoulder. Shaurya take out a deep breathe as situation became lil soft. He caressed her hair with his long fingers. She felt safe and relaxed, but soon she parted from him., wiping her tears she left from there. Mehek mehek he shouted. Shaurya ran behind her but seeing Karuna on the mid way he stopped there only. "Mami" mehek reached her. She hugged Karuna and asked Can I spent sometime with you? Karuna happily agreed and mehek kept her head in Karuna's lap. Karuna also caressed her hair and back with motherly touch. She let her take some rest as she knew mehek was really restless due to their proposal in morning.
An hour passed still mehek was in her lap and Karuna rested her head back as well. Harish passed by there. When he noticed mehek sleeping in Karuna's lap. 'what's the position' he asked. Karuna took a breath and said 'hope our wish come true by time' then planted a kiss on Mehek's hair with a beautiful smile. 'Hope so., okay shall I call shaurya to take her to room?' harish asked Karuna nooded.
When shaurya entered living room Karuna asked him not to disturb her sleep & take her to room. Shaurya asked ME? in surprising tone. But where? 'till you came she used to sleep in your room whenever its late, but Now as you came, so take her to guest room. I'll inform kantha Ji.' Shaurya is always a obident son for Karuna. Shaurya took mehek from Karuna's lap and headed towards the guest room. He got a chance to take her in his arms after long years which he used to do often. Palcing her in the bed he covered her neatly with soft sheets. Mehek holded his hand but but he kept it on her tummy like as he always. Shaurya smiled thinking 'some of her habits never change'
he turned and was about to leave karuna entered the room Shaurya smiled at her too. But Karuna witnessed a pain behind his smile, Shaurie sab teek hai na... kuch hua hai kya.? (is everything okay or something happened?) Karuna asked nearing him Kuch nahi hua hai ma (nothing happened mom) I'm just tired. Taking her hands in his he assuered his mom. Don't lie. I know you both had fight again right? Dekho shaurya ab thum mehek ko kuch math kehna. (see shaurya Now don't use any harsh words to mehek ) I'm warning you I won't accept your fights anymore. Karuna told him. It looked like a warning to him but he knew its all love for mehek. Aisa kuch nahi hai maa(Nothing like that mom) Shaurya hugged Karuna. I always try to make her happy your's happiness is important for me. He voiced but his mind was saying something else as he looked at Mehek He thought ab thum kehna shuru kiya lekin ma mujhe daat raha hai..' ( now you started giving me lectures but mom is scolding me ) mujhe lecture sunaake thum aaram se so raha hai na.., main thume kal dhekunga... (After giving me lecture you are sleeping peacefully right.. I'll see you tomorrow. ) Atleast sleep peacefully for tonight. Jo bath adhuri hai na vho kal bath karunga..(I will talk to you tomorrow which left uncompleted) Chale Karuna asked and they left from there..
Next morning:
Mehek sleep disturbed by puppy. She take puppy in her hands wishing the lil one good morning. Mehek smiled realizing how she ended up sleeping here... Good Morning Mehek' sHaurya wished her with a warm smile. Hope you had a good sleep last night shaurya said while trying to take puppy in his hands. Mehke pulled it back with fear. Okay keep that with you' he said and sat beside her he asked Hy is there anything important class today?' mehek just nooded NO okay get ready fast we are going out' she took her hand back Noway, I'm Not coming with you anywhere' she quickly got out of bed. I have college today bye' She ran out of room. Shaurya made a face saying badi aayi college jaane waali'
Mehek came out of Sharma house to go to college till then shaurya was was ready with car alredy engine ignited. He gestured her to come. I'll drop you. At first mehek denied but on shauryas insist mehek sat beside him in passenger seat. SHaurya with a smile driving slowly though the roads are empty. An irritated mehek asked "why are you slowly? If I'm late no use of going to college. Drive fast okay oaky ek bath bolo.. Why did you ran away last night don't you want your answers? He asked casually. Mehek turned her face away ignoring his question. Few seconds later "To be honest I'm not taking you to your college Sahurya said suppressing his smile. Mehek eyes popped out listening him. Stop the car or take me to college' She ordered him. Noway Mehek, You don't have any choice except to spend your time with me. And you can't run away like you do always. He commented back. Oh God' she said with gritted teeth and kicked the front of the car. He smiled on her act. "Then what else I can do darling if you keep running like that without sorting the matter he asked calmly. Do whatever, I'm on my word: I won't talk to you., and Its better you do your work.' Seeing her angry he took her hand in his and said can you please keep your anger aside for sometime?' "Why., Are you expecting me to talk nicely like you want? When I asked you so., did you? she retorted back. "Oh meri ma He said while closing his eyes and keeping his head on head rest. He has no words for her gunshot taunting. He stopped the car aside. Do you know mehek, you became more stubborn these years' He said You made me so' Its an immediate reply from her. "Okay miss stubborn.. What's your demands so that you can forgive me He asked finally giving up. She looked at her watch. "Take me home and stay away from me she laid her condition. Ithani si condition' He sighed okay but if we go too early mom and chachi will scold me only; let's go somewhere after that we will go home oaky' thinking about few seconds she nooded. Ab bol kaha le jaaon?' "Your wish she replied. Soon both reached coffee shop. Having coffee there went to a park. Walking in the park he looked at her atleast now you can smile right' shaurya asked. Mehek smiled happily as she got to know he is still soft for her sometimes.
After some time they returned home Mehek said she attended only few classes when kantha asked why she returned early today.
The next day evening Mehek was searching for a book in Shauryas study. Shaurya saw her right away while she entering his study, looked around if anyone is there or not. He sneaked as luckily no one is there. He checked out her as she was wearing 3/4th jeans pairing to sleeveless waist top. She usually wears modern clothing but make sures it doesn't expose her body much. As she said he stayed away from her and didn't disturbed her but now he couldn't be anymore. Without making any noice he caged her between the rack and him. She jerked suddenly. Turning around she said thum, what are you doing here?' Exactly that's my question' he said I was searching for a book' she replied. Okay leave that did you forgave me? He a sked with a hope. When did I said I'll forgive you? She shot her question. You said you will forgive me if I stay away' I didn't I just asked to stay away. Anyway its just an excuse don't expect that from me. She faked a wide smile to him. IS it so; then thank you darling for letting me know this early' pulling her waist he kissed on her cheek. Her eyes widened while he suppressed his lips. Yeah kya hai she asked rubbing her cheek. Kuch nahi just thanking you he said still I'm not talking to you' she said making angry pout. Now I didn't asked you that. She made a face. "You know you are looking more cute whatever you do." "I Feel just kiss you is the compliment I can give you in return" he added. She shyly hit him on chest and escaped from his grip and as well as his sight.
