For me the the 3 things that I can think of when I think of them is
Their eye locks - sizzling and blistering chemistry
Damsel in distress - Shaurya saving Mehek always , from villains and also from her umpteenth falls.
Opposite personality- heart vs head, rich vs middle class , hard vs soft
I could go on and on.

Mehrya cute banters and fights and the way they make to each other after their fights.
Shaurya possessive lover boy nature, ziddi, pagal and ruthless person who was ten steps ahead of his enemies.
Mehak sweet and simple nature, her unconditional love for Shaurya, her family and her sasural.
