@bold: I laughed when I read this, because I have the same problem...the Mal and Mel are just too similar to come up with anything good... I may have to ask for suggestions😆. Nickname or no, I'm pretty convinced that Malik is seeing something he likes in Melissa😉, and his Mom certainly has her son's ( and MehRya's) number😆

As it pertains to MehRya I think the blinders are off, and they are both seeing the reality of their relationship and that it is something, especially under the circumstances, that they will have to work on...Shaurya is absolutely right in saying that they should sure up their relationship so when the do have to deal with life (KC especially😕) that they are in a place where they can face any issues head on together. But until then I am more than happy to give them a little honeymoon phase

( minus the deed😉) for SK remaining days in the US.

Thank God he is a man of means who can afford to travel when he wants😆

Here I am again getting caught up in these secondary characters that I create and then fall in love with😆, but yes both couple are seeing progression.

As to the show, I have no words. Maybe the creatives know better as to what the public wants but to me what they are showing is the further butchering of such a special story. For now I will continue on the forum and will catch the LU as it gives me the option of determining whether I want to watch the show.

I totally understand and respect your choice, and am glad that you are at least finding some relief in what I have written.

This chapter will be my favorite after their first date chapter⭐️

Even though SK was angry he is still trying his best to make things work for them and they are ready to work out in their relationship...On the other hand looks like we are gonna discover a new love story of Mel and Malik ...MS must be looking gorgeous in that outfit and iam Waiting for his reaction when he will see her in the dress which he had gifted her 😳

Absolutely beautiful👏

You are a very gifted writer. I love the pace of this story, it's smooth and slow without dragging. Reading it is like drinking vintage scotch, you have to wait and savor each sip, feel it sliding down your throat before reaching for the glass again.

I thought the online friendship was a goldmine that the CVs were too stupid to truly explore, so I'm glad to see that became the foundation of MehRya's relationship and your story. I was delighted to read their relationship's gradual transformation from hatred to grudging respect to care and ultimately love. Even when Shaurya didn't know that Mehek was his MS, he felt drawn to her. He recognized her on some instinctual level that allowed him to accept her as MS pretty easily once he discovered the truth. The title of this story is perfect. It is magic but not the ephemeral, struck-by-lightning-as-soon-as-they-saw-each-other kind. It is the kind of magic that one has to invest time and energy in discovering because once you find it, it stays.

I would also like to commend you for pulling off the role reversal between the two with so much panache. Your Shaurya is calm and steady while Mehek is impulsive and headstrong which is quite opposite to their onscreen personas yet you've kept their core values intact making it easy to recognize the pair from TV in your story. I really like Malik here. I know he was the third wheel for a while but i liked him even then. He's a thorough gentleman and the kind of man I was hoping the CVs would be mature enough to show opposite Mehek post leap.

Kudos to you for dealing with the antagonists brilliantly. They came, they created the misunderstanding, then they left. The story remained about the protagonists and how they deal with the fallout of the villains' actions👏

Mehek and Shaurya are two adults here in an adult relationship and you prove that a story doesn't need constant meaningless drama to be entertaining.

This is a story I will be reading over and over again many times⭐️

Well not quite two lets say 1.5😛.

Shaurya thankfully is looking at the big picture and understands that being with Mehek means accepting her foibles as a part of her. The fact that they will be seperated most likely helped him reach this conclusion quicker. And yes at long last the black dress will be taken out of the closet.😆
