CHAPTER-6
Mehak and Anna reached the city centre. It was very busy even at night, there were shops, restaurants and night clubs. Shaurya saw them getting out of the cab and parked his car. He got out of the car, got out and lost sight of them. He was wondering where they went. Mehak and Anna was walking around seeing all the expensive stuff and wished they could buy it one day. They felt hungry and went to a food stall and go themselves burger and fires and sat down to eat. This will do for now as both didn't have money to have dinner at a nice restaurant. Shaurya was looking for them, he noticed someone who looked like Mehak and felt relieved to have finally found her. He went near that girl and tapped on her shoulder "Hey Miss.Hitler. Girl turned around, she was shocked to be called by that name "Excuse me who are you? And what you just called me?.He cursed himself for wronging this girl for Mehak but he still had his arrogance about him when he answered her "I am sorry, but you must have seen me in magazines and stuff, I am Mr.Shaurya Khanna, "Whoever the hell you are get out of here or else my boyfriend there will eat you alive girl answered pointing towards her boyfriend who was a big muscular man taller than him. He looked at him and swallowed "I should get going or else you will have no boyfriend saying that he quickly got away from there while girl called out to her boyfriend who came running but Shaurya was gone. "Where are they he told himself while gasping. He then looked around and decided to have his dinner and maybe there is a slight chance he will bump into them there. He got into the restaurant and sat down to order his dinner. He looked around in hope of them being there. He ordered his dinner and waited.
Mehak and Anna had there burger and fries and Anna insisted on going into a night club although Mehak was completely against it as she avoided going into places like these. She had served drinks to people for a good part of her life but she would keep away from drinking any. But upon Anna's persistent insist she agreed to go but on one condition they wouldn't drink "Don't worry Mehak we don't have money for that anyway, just enough to get us back to the hotel. Shaurya looked out the window and saw them passing by the restaurant. The food he ordered came but he jumped left the money on the table and started chasing them. They got into the club which was at the corner. They both sat on a couch. "Don't you worry child song played and almost everyone was on the dance floor. Anna wanted to join in and she looked at Mehak suggesting to join but Mehak gave her a No look. Anna couldn't control herself any longer and went to join in with the crazy dance floor. Shaurya saw them getting in and he went in after a while. He looked around and saw them sitting on the couch and noticed Anna going to the dance floor "Perfect he said and started going towards her. He saw Mehak getting up and going to the bar. She asked for water and started drinking it. She was drinking when she saw Shaurya approaching her, she put down the glass and rubbed her eyes if to see it was real. Her back was to the bar now and she started reaching for her glass of water. Accidentally she picked up someone's tequila shots and drank it while her eyes still fixed on Shaurya. Shaurya laughed at the scene while walking towards her and she was thinking if it was her fate laughing at her and as she drank the tequila shot she noticed then what she has done and quickly looked around to see a man eyeing her "Hello lovely lady, seems like you took my tequila shots, can I order another for you? trying to flirt with her but she denied "Oh c'mon you just took that shot, don't deny it now that you are here just to see how other people do. We are all here for one thing aren't we?, she tried to explain to him that it was a mistake but he kept going on and suddenly a man with a hard chest came from behind "Well hello darling, I am sorry I kept you waiting , Mehak wondered who was it? She struggled to get out from his hug "I missed you all this time and you are here talking to this idiot, who is he? I told you if talked with anyone else I will kill that man he gave that man a death glare, Mehak was still struggling to get out and had no idea what he was talking about, the other man who tried to flirt with her didn't want any trouble and turned around. He then let go of her and Mehak looked around to see it was Shaurya. "Hello.Miss Mehak, how have you been, I was looking for you trying to sound like a gentleman. "You? Who else can do such a thing, why did u hug me like that, you don't have other hobbies besides troubling me? Mehak said, "Well yes I have but now this is my favorite "he winked at her. "No I know this won't lead to anything good, I should get going, she got off the stool and tried to go way but drink got her head heavy. Shaurya caught her by her waist, she looked up at him and got his hand off her and tried to stand steady, just then she noticed someone really drunk started to misbehave with Anna and wasn't letting her go, Anna was struggling to get him off but he was too strong. Mehak saw that and got really angry, while she was not steady at all because of her drink she got there and punched that guy on face and he fell on the floor, her hand hurt because of punching him. Music stopped and all the people were looking at them, he tried to get up but he couldn't as he was really drunk, finally he did and tried to get her but Shaurya came there and punched that guy again knocking him unconscious. Shaurya quickly grabbed her hand and ran off. Anna stood there froze contemplating what just happened, Shaurya and Mehak got out of the night club and to his surprise there were media persons standing outside "We were tipped off about a possible big Hollywood celebrity but for the time being you will do, another girl? We have lost count too and they started taking pictures of him and the girl whose hand he was holding. Alcohol had taken its effect on Mehak and she didn't really know what was happening around her, she put up hand in front of her eyes to block the flashlight from the cameras much to her annoyance and was behind Shaurya who didn't let go of her arm. He quickly took her to his car and sat her down. He got into the car and drove off thinking of all the time this has happened to him. Media persons chased his car but he got away. Meanwhile Anna was left alone she came out of the club and called after them but was blocked off by the huge gathering of the media personnel. She saw them going away knowing Shaurya was that guy that constantly annoyed Mehak and felt a little relieved that they were going away to the hotel and called for cab immediately to get her there. She noticed about Mehak being drunk possibly but then she thought it wouldn't be that much and that she can handle herself.
Mehak was murmuring something to herself and Shaurya was looking at her constantly, she then started to cry like a child. Shaurya was looking at her amused trying to control his laugh "Whats wrong Mehak?. She kept on crying and didn't answer him. She stopped for some time and looked at him and then started to cry again. Shaurya stopped the car now "Whats the matter Mehak, why are you crying like that he asked still trying not to laugh. Mehak looked at him in fear and backed away in her seat and pointed towards him "You, you are a monster, I though they exist only in stories but I have seen it and you are that monster and she started to cry again. "Wait wha...? he was amused at her antics because probably when he saw her before she was all serious but he thought there is more to her than just being an ordinary chef cum waitress who was fed up with her life. "Look this monster will eat you if you don't stop crying (thinking to himself what he said was dirty but in that situation addressing himself as a monster it was ok). Mehak stopped crying and looked at him frightened, she took her purse and took out a cookie and held it to him "Take this for now don't eat me please, he took the cookie from her "for now this will do but if you cry again I will eat you, understood?, "Yes I won't cry again, she wiped off her tears, flashed a smile and told him to see, he was trying hard not to laugh, she sat straight up murmuring to herself "Monster won't eat me I am not crying now, saying that to herself she put her head on the seat and dozed off. After sometime Shaurya heard her snoring as she was asleep and looked at her and laughed not making a sound and then looked at her again now smiling "What is that feels different about you than the others?.
