Thank you bworm, I really appreciate this comment. I had hesitated taking this route for a minute but then pressed on. As you say Mehek is human and humans are imperfect. She made a major mistake for sure and she is very fortunate that the man she was dealing with was a true gentleman. Otherwise things could have taken a darker turn. Poor Shaurya , how could you not feel for him under the circumstances. He definitely did not deserve this. That an epiphany came out of such a sticky situation is the silver lining.

Mehek has taken a stand made the right decision for her.

Great update, very well written. So Ms went too far with Sk and her words hurt Sk. He stopped in time as he truly loves her otherwise if it had been another man it would have backfired on her. I know i am repeating myself but Mehek is very fortunate. This was not her finest moment at all, but at least it led to some much needed soul searching. Poor Shaurya he was treated rather harshly here but hopefully her final words were a balm to the wound that Mehek inflicted. If anyone deserves at chance it is Shaurya😊

it was great update and that last line...i could imagine how shaurya feel after hearing ''us'' from mehak,i really wanna read more.update soon.

Woah.. Mehak did go far with this one Kelly!! I was surprised with her bold move... Just to make Shaurya realize how deeply hurt she was with his betrayal, she didn't realise tht she was hurting herself as well as Shaurya.

I m glad tht this time Shaurya is giving a cold shoulder to her... She took him granted for too long. I can already see the beginning of something beautiful between Malik n Mel.

Has Mehak understood her mistake?? Is she ready to listen to Shaurya??

Glad you didn't give us a teaser for this one... This was a sweet surprise Kelly!!

When SK puts his mind on something, nothing will deter him, but you are right I wrong move and everything goes to pot.

@ bold: I think that Mel is a breath of fresh air for Malik, for sure he doesn't know how to take her, but I'm sure he is very intrigued. For her part I think she is loving the chance to interact with her crush... while being a much needed buffer between Mehek/Malik .

Mel and Malik have great potential, should they ever get on the same wavelength😆

Shaurya had to have felt immense relief when Mehek uttered those words. He has had so much stacked up against him for so long now. And I think there couldn't have been a more perfect way to end this first thread of DTM...New Thread/ New Beginning😛

Hey Shristi,

First @ bold: a teaser would definitely diluted the impact of this chapter...and what an impact right?😆

Mehek went out to make a point, but silly girl doesn't have a clue You don't how much I had to restrain myself from plagiarizing GOT and have Shaurya say "You know nothing, Mehek Sharma"😆 to her.

She totally deserved the response she got, and she should be eternally grateful the quality of the man she is dealing with. She could have been in a world of trouble trying this stunt on another guy😕. Hopefully it has been a lesson learned.

And thank you for seeing beyond the bickering of Mel and Malik. They are playing their role for sure in this story, and I am trying to make it as entertaining as possible.

So next chapter will be in Thread #2😲. Didn't notice until Diva brought it to my attention. I cannot believe that I have managed that, with so much more to explore with MehRya. Thanks for being here through these first 150 page Shristi.

Will PM when the next chapter is ready, but time to get Chapter 1 of the new FF underway first!
