As @daydreamer said Muqaddas is destructively constructive, I totally agree. Each time she does something against Farim it always turns out in favour of them.

In yesterday's episode when she showed Kerim his letter to FG and told him that FG had kept the letter with her, there was a hidden bubble of joy oozing within Kerim. He was happy that FG had read the letter and kept it with her. All this while the poor guy was thinking that FG had torn the letter and thrown away, but Muqaddas gave him some hope.
