I was wondering how you guys perceived the "happily ever afters" of various shows.

How do you envision their lives in the aftermath?😊

Like, does Khirad completely let go of her misgivings about Ashar, and repose her trust in him again (despite his assurances in the last episode)

How does Zaroon and Kashaf's marriage fare, and do they argue the same as before? And how do they parent their children (It was obvious that Zaroon is pretty indulgent towards his daughters, though😃, but still.)

Is Badi Aapa tamed finally after all her relatives, including her husband, stand up for themselves?

How does her mother's life lessons help Shandana in Durr e Shahwar?

Not just for these shows, but also many others, like Mere Qaatil Mere Dildaar, Ru Baru (its ending felt off to me), Malaal, Qaid e Tanhai, Mora Piya, Shikkan and many, many more.

I know this is the stuff fan fiction is made of. But still curious and would like your thoughts in a nutshell.

I like ur post.😳 I was thinking to put it up myself but happy that you put it up.. Here goes my versions..

Humsafar : Though wasn't or am still that much fond of this show, But watched it only for Fawad who nailed it as Asher Hussain for me! 👏👏 So My 2 Penny about this would be, Maybe Khirad wasn't assured of all her misgivings about Asher. But Yes, Asher was a gentleman and I think with his love and care he overcame/ will overcome all Khirad's Misgivings. Plus they have Hareem too who'll bridge their gaps.

Zindagi Gulzar Hai : Ah! My Favorite Favorite Show or rather a Masterpiece. ❤️ Here I would love to say that Zaroon Kashaf would still argue but this time over bringing up their twins their own way.. Cuz Zaroon would spoil them to pulp and Kashaf would be as strict as a Matron! 😆😆😆

Badi Aapa : Watched it on/off so can't say exactly but Yes.. It might have Been The Taming Of The Shrew! 😆

Durre Shehwar : Another one of my favorites, Here I think Shandana might have gotten the cue to make her marital life a better situation with the help of letters Shehwar gave them to her and would be leading a happy life.

Regarding other shows; Maat, Mora Piya, Jackson Heights And Those Which I watched had a good satisfactory Ending.

MQMD - As Much As I loved this show and Mehwish's Portrayal as Maham And Adnan Siddiqui's Bakhtiyar, Its Ending left me a little baffled proving that Karma Comes Back To You. With Bakhtiyar's death in the accident, Shifa losing her mental balance and Durdana Phuppo getting her due. While Rubab lived happily with her son as the sole heir of the property. Maham left and Umar too was left alone. I would like to think that, Maham left Pakistan and found her peace of mind in some foreign country and Umar was left alone for a lifetime to let his guilt eat at him for what he did.

Humsafar: I think Khirad will eventually be able to put her trust in Asher again thanks to his love for his daughter. Perhaps they would have a Asher Junior.

ZGH: Zaroon and Kashaf would never stop fighting. Their personalities are just too strong. But they would always end up patching up and falling more in love with each other. And yes Kashaf will be a strict mom and Zaroon will spoil his two princesses.

DeS: Shandana and her husband both would benefit from DeS's letters. Both would be able to sort out their issues.

I esp. agree about Humsafar. The show had some very good chemistry b/w the leads, but I wasn't awestruck by it. Just my opinion.😳 Oh yes, Ashar was genuinely sorry and I am sure he made sure his repentance and genuine intentions got through to Khirad eventually. Though she agreed to get back with him, I don't think she got over her hurt so easily. I thought she was a little skeptical till the end.

ZGH wala point- man, I wish we'd seen more of Kashaf-Zaroon as parents. I am sure Zaroon was head over heels in love with his daughters and protected them from their mother's strict ways always. Would be cute if they had a son too later on, who'd be Kashaf's replica, coz i think the daughters took after Zaroon😆

Yes, shows like Maat and Jackson Heights had perfect endings. Poetic justice served on a platter, esp. in Maat. The final line where Aiman tells Saman about the checkmate was the best ending ever.Also agreed about DeS.

I dunno why, I knew Maham suffered hell at the hands of her husband's family, and her hubby was equally complicit in it (albeit unknowingly). But I somehow felt sorry for Omar in the end. I imagine that they met many many years later where they were serene enough to reconcile😳

Hmm, Ashar junior😃 That's a lovely thought.

So agree about Zaroon and Kashaf, they are very strong-willed and would never have refrained from rabble rousing. But yes, the more they fought, the closer they came towards each other, and I am sure they continued with this later too.😃

What about a Zaroon jr, who takes after Kashaf?😳

I wonder if Zaroon would one day chance upon his wife's diary and read her most private thoughts regarding her family, esp. her dad, and her observations about him😳 Much much later, like, when they are in their 50s or something like that.

Agree Totally that I would love to see ZaShaf more as parents, Cuz Although I know about Kashaf but Zaroon would be an adorable adorable father! ❤️❤️ I would love to see how he spoiled his daughters!! 😆😆😆 Umm.. About Kashaf Jr, Lovely Thought but If You remember in the Epilogue Kashaf says that Zaroon never pressurised her for a son so they have two daughters only..😳 Also I would love to think, that One Daughter went on Zaroon and other on Kashaf! 😆😆

Humsafar : Ditto! Happy to see someone of my thought.😊 The show had a predictable storyline but the direction, treatment was so good. Sarmad Khoosat's best directed work till date and Fawad's Commendable Performance after Zaroon and Hassan as The Tormented Asher! 👏 But haan, like you too I wasn't awestruck with the show as some guaranteed it would leave you. Agree, They had Hareem to bridge their gaps and maybe they had a Asher Jr too, Hareem Ka Bhai.😊

Maat : One of my favts from Umera Ahmed after ZGH! Loved The Poetic Justice served at the end and like you mentioned when Aiman said, "Yeh Sheh Maat Hai Saman!" This was powerful.👏👏 Sibling Rivalry Treated So Differently Yet Realistically!

MQMD : I do feel bad for Omar too but somewhere you can't help but feel he was a spineless man. Divorced Maham without even listening to her and then married Shifa. Reuniting Is a Lovely Thought, But Knowing Maham.. And The Strength She Possessed Later On, I don't think she'll ever face Omar.😊

Hmm, I totally understand what you said about Omar, he wasn't even willing to give her a chance.

Some of the scenes in Humsafar were classic, the chemistry was so palpable, and the intensity came out very well. Perhaps I couldn't identify with it because it was too much of a fairy tale? IDK. Still, Fawad and Mahira were remarkable.

I think what you said about Za-Ka having only daughters makes complete sense. For a woman who's been subjected to discrimination because of being a daughter, the fact that she and Zaroon had only daughters and still her husband doted on them would have set all of K's doubts to rest. I think even Junaid and his wife were cool that way- they treated both Zaroon and his sister equally.

Ooh la la. That's a lovely image.😳 Mahira is Ashar-Khirad's number one fan girl, she loves the show and the pairing so more than we do. It's evident from the way she describes it.

I am guessing Ashar will take good care of her during the second pregnancy, considering the guilt he had over not supporting her during the first.

Someone write a story on this ASAP!⭐️

Kisi ne ye to bataya hi nahi humsafar mein ashar ki mummy ka kya hoga,khirad ka behavior kesa hoga ashar ki mummy ke sath?kya wo use bhi maaf kar degi Behad movie mein kya Jo aur mo(aisa lag raha hai jaise kisi cartoon character ki baat ho rahi hai Jo aur mo:D)ki shadi ho jati hai,still confusing for me aur shadi hoti hai to unke baby honge kyoki mo ne hi Jo se kaha tha[Jamal ki shadi ho,biwi,bache ho] aur maha ko phir insecurities ho jayegi agar uske siblings aaye to... Ashk mein kya hoga...what u think? Ur version
