Nandu, TBH I feel that Sara was over-obssesed. But if we think from her prospective then she wasnt wrong too. They were frnds since childhood and after a certain age you know you grow these tender feelings towards ur best frnd. 😊 Asher was a Workaholic, Unsocial and Mature. As I wud like to say he had a Buddhi Roohish quality which kept all females away from him except Sara. She was the one who knew him in and out and loved him deeply thinking one day he wud reciprocate the same, or even if he didnt they wud get married and fall in love. Just Think, The frnd whom she cared for and loved thru her whole life got married to sumone else who is much much below her. I think she loved Asher for her whole life and then he suddenly get marrried. Whom wudnt turn Mad? I agree she got over obssesed and ended up destroying everything, But her love was Pure. She ended up comitting suicide not seeing any aspect to get Asher's Love. Khirad got everything back but Sara didnt and she didnt got Asher's love too. 😒
First Sara . Was she really loved Asher ? agree they were friends from childhood but asher never crossed the line . He told her clearly that she was only his good friend nothing more . She was obsessed and should blame elders who ingrain from the childhood that you will marry Asher . But why Asher never talked about this and that too when His father told him to marry Khirad and then he talks about Sara that also after he mother telling him that we thought you will marry sara and then he tells her that he does not love sara and tells his mother that he got another shock about Sara loving her . Sara was building the castles in the air . she was no teenager but grown up intelligent woman .And when Asher tells her that his father is insisting him to marry Khirad and then Sara says i would have accepted if you had loved the girl .
She went on her spree to stalk the Asher even her mother told her to keep off . Here asher is somewhere at fault when he knew that she loved him and tries to take her life ,he should have kept his distance but Sara very smoothly convinced asher that now she has no grudge and we can remain friends and leaves no opportunity to insult Khirad . Why Asher was worried when Sara was taking Khirad to show her house ? Khirad was no competition to Sara who was worldly smart . And she found it insulting that Asher fell in love with a a low middle class girl . Here comes ego ,how he can?
Love means you don't impose yourself on other. she knew from the starting that asher does not love her . And he stayed away for more than 4-6 years from Khirad and hated her . That period is no small amount when you are working together . What ashe r did , he ousted her from his personal life and kept the distance . If he wanted he would have married her . She is no fool , All the time knew ,she has no place in asher's life .
Breaking a person's life and you think you can build your dreamland ? Asher went to her to apology and so many times he earlier told her that he only love Khirad but still she was adamant how he can ? Was it her guilt that if asher eve came to know that she was part of the conspiracy to ruin his life . she took her life . She was selfish to the core , not once thought about her mother .
Yes love is blind but if it becomes obsession than it creates destruction. And don't have any sympathy for Sara kind of girls , she didn't deserve asher's love . Her love was one sided with selfishness only .
And Khirad ? What she got ? Her reputation was tarnished in to shreds before her so called loving husband, sitting their , watching her being pushed around , abused and called names and leaves her crying , pleading . in a shocking state . then again she goes to house to talk to asher but was insulted again and thrown our of the house with nowhere to go at the dark of the night . Perhaps I do not find Asher totally at blame and for that will give credit to director and FK , when he comes back f,from his shocking state and confronts his mother , wants to talk to Khirad , still trust was there but was again fed on lies and which just was the last nail in the conspiracy and ruining two souls . Sara thought now Khirad out of way Asher will marry her but little knowing that even in his hatred for Khirad , she was still with him . He kept distance with his mother as well Sara. Any sensible girl will get the hint and sh was mature woman with brains .
Khiirad went through hell , every moment waiting perhaps Asher will call her and she herself made the attempts . She must be dying hundreds deaths when getting no response and last straw was when she calls him from the hospital . At what cost she got Asher ? She had left him without asking for anything ,even leaving her daughter with him . She was giver not taker . She in her this effort gave Asher happiness when Asher even did not know about past and still thought she had betrayed her but was confused with her behavior. Khirad had self respect , dignity ,selfless person , if she wanted could have told Asher when he was intentionally provoking her to speak something . But she was not interested .
Here Asher and Khirad both were the tormented souls who went through hell because of one person's obsession.
There is no rules that if you love someone he is also going to reciprocate .
And last ,did Sara deserve to get Asher's love ? She was selfish , coward , didn't know the meaning of love . Asher was no possession.
