The NEVER fading charm of Zindagi Gulzaar Hai..

I know there have been umpteen number of posts praising this show but well I just had to add another one for the love of it.

I watched this show around this time last year when the talks of Khoobsurat' were doing rounds and also the launch of Zindagi channel where in Zindagi Gulzaar Hai was one famous show whose promos were shown on almost every Indian channel. That's when out of sheer curiousity I searched for it on YouTube and the rest as they say is history!

Ive grown up watching hindi shows and ZGH was my first foreign drama and im so so glad that I decided to give it a shot for it changed my perception about things and most of all it inspired me in ways I can't explain!

The subtle romance showcased between the leads is that one element which made me fall in love with it head over heels. Nothing great and larger than life, it was all so very simple, real and relatable that it warms your heart.

I absolutely admire and respect Sanam Saeed for her portrayal of Kashaf with such ease and brilliance.

And what do I say about Fawad Khan i'm deeply in love with that man! His eyes, voice, smile jeez everything about him screams perfection!

Another factor that I really loved was the language, its music to my ears!

So I was re-watching some of the scenes and it surprises me to no end that yet again I was left mesmerized by the beauty of this show, it feels like the first time.

So amazing is the execution and performance by the entire team that I'm sure it will continue to mesmerize me for years to come and one day i'll even be showing it to my kids hopefully :')

Most importantly the message it sends out .. Life is surely not perfect, everyone has their share of problems but to accept them and move ahead with a smile is truly being happy.

Here's to life, Kyunki zindagi gulzaar hai, jaise Zaroon usko kehta hai.'

I do not get the channel Zindagi so I don't really have much of an idea about Pak shows after zgh ive only watched Humsafar and Dastaan i loved them both! So yeah.. i'd love if you guys could suggest me some shows, love stories preferably?! Good actors yes! :)

Welcome to the forum. Very nice post. You made me remember my all time fav show Havnt watched it for months now. There was a time when it was like I have to watch zgh scene like a regular habit. Yes its charm never going to fade as it was so real, so brillantly executed. Zaron kashaf and both actors would remain special forever as you said.

A Beautiful post straight from the heart! ❤️ ZGH was like a breath of fresh air for all us Indians who were dying under the weight of crap Ekta Kapoor and others were producing in the name of Serials. Kashaf is the girl every girl has inside her. Even Me, who has 90% of Kashaf inside me..😊 And Zaroon, well we spot a Zaroon almost in our neighbourhood. Every 2 out of 5 men have a tendency like Zaroon. The Perfect Boy next door, The Flirt, The Conservative Minset everything. If The actors are considered, Fawad-Sanam are stupendous performers who are just at par with each-other. The Romance again is stuble and beautifully potrayed not thru hold-fall, eyelocks but wid gradual change of feelings. Overall, The whole show is a masterpiece. ⭐️ Cant get enuf ever! 😳

Beautiful written thoughts and perhaps we all felt the same when watched ZGH 1st time on Zindagi and after that ZGH is never ending saga which takes all from time time with its flow . Very well told the lessons of life . And no doubt actors breathed the life in the characters and turned from reel to real . FK .it appeared as if playing himself ,his subtle approach to character and then with time changes comes in Both . Same with Sanam S who just fitted Kashaf . Its whole year completed ,still ZGH goes on .

Oh no not again...not another thread on ZGH!!! Ufff even on Zindagi's twitter and FB page many ppl when congratulating Zindagi on it's first anniversary r requesting a re-run of ZGH!!! Ab bas bhi karo.😡
